We’ve always dreamed of owning a condo with an ocean view. There’s something special about being so close to the water—it feels like you’re on a cruise ship, with the ocean changing and captivating no matter the season.
We love watching SpaceX rocket launches light up the sky and seeing cruise ships and large ocean liners sail by. That sense of wonder and connection to the ocean is what made us fall in love with this place, and we’re excited to share it with guests looking to experience the same unforgettable views and coastal lifestyle.

We chose the Diplomat Condominium because of its unique connection to Cocoa Beach’s space history. The building was originally constructed to accommodate astronauts and their families during the early Space Program, and you can still see space exploration symbols displayed on each side of the building today.
That legacy continues—SpaceX teams still occasionally stay here, which makes the location feel special and deeply connected to the Space Coast.
