Located in the ultra-desirable Eastern Lake area of Seagrove, this location cannot be beat! Steps to the beach! Pet Friendly!

6-Seater LSV & 4 bikes INCLUDED!

Guests will also have access to the neighborhood pool and tennis courts.

The space

Welcome to 'The Tennes-SEA-an!'

This spectacular beach house is the most peaceful place to unwind! Located on the south side of 30A in the ultra-desirable area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove, this magnificent home features accommodations for 16 guests, and is located just one street from the Gulf. With less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, this home's location is unparalleled and features stunning water views from all 3 spacious balconies.

'Pecky' cypress wood paneling lines the game room walls as you enter the home, and are also adorning the kitchen ceiling. The game room on the first floor walks out to the porch with porch swing then on to the pool area, and has a foosball table, shuffleboard, game machine, TV, and dry bar with seating. There is one guest room on the first floor with a king bed and a private bathroom adjacent to the patio.

The yard is perfect for entertaining! The center of it is of course the private pool with sun shelf and built-in gas fire pit, and there is also corn hole boards and a ping pong table on astroturf so it is clean and dry all year! The perfect place to hang out when not enjoying the beach!

The home's main level is on the second floor, where Gulf views fill the room with a peaceful feel and natural light. The open kitchen and adjacent living room feature tons of seating including a eat-in kitchen island with breakfast bar. It is professionally designed and outfitted with high-end furniture and top of the line stainless steel appliances, marble countertops throughout all bedrooms and bathrooms, and tons of space to spread out. The covered built-in outdoor grilling area, mini fridge, and an additional dining table are located on the second floor porch off the kitchen, facing the Gulf - the perfect setting for an alfresco dinner! The 2 guest rooms down the hall share a hall bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has a queen as well.

The third floor hosts the primary bedroom suite, featuring a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower and separate soaking tub. Between the master and bunk room there is an additional living space with a TV and a built-in wet bar with wine fridge that also has a pull out queen couch. There is also a bunk room on this floor that has three twin-over-twin bunk beds and uses the corresponding hall bathroom. The 3rd floor balcony has a cozy porch swing and is the perfect place to lay low and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail!

Guest access

Garage is not available for guests' cars (reserved for protection of the LSV), but there is ample parking for 4 vehicles.

Other things to note
-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation, and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, pool, firepit, or other amenities provided to guests.

Our family had a wonderful stay!The house has a great game room and wonderful outside area for those of all ages. The beach is a close walk or golf cart ride away. We loved staying here and would be happy to return.

Perfect for all ages

We loved our stay at this location! We were one block from the beach and the golf cart is an awesome bonus! We used it to haul beach items and to get around town with ease. House was plenty of room and everyone could have their own space. The game room and fun amenities outside with the pool kept everyone of all ages entertained.

Great location. On check in on Saturday. there were 3 new kitchen appliances in the garage that were to have been installed BEFORE we checked in and I was told in daily texts that it was Lowe’s fault that they were not being installed. The day before we checked out the appliances were installed but it was too late to use them. The outdoor grill that was “professionally cleaned” had to be cleaned again before we could use it. I am not complaining and paid the premium price that I paid but did not get the value of what I expected. You get what you pay for but in this case I DID NOT get what I paid for.

To clarify for future guests, the home was fully equipped with functioning kitchen appliances throughout your visit. We were in the process of upgrading to brand-new units ahead of your arrival, and unfortunately the installation timeline provided by Lowe’s shifted multiple times despite our extensive communication and coordination. Our team remained in contact with you daily to keep you informed and to ensure these updates caused as little disruption as possible. We appreciate your patience as we navigated something that was unexpectedly outside of our control. Regarding the grill, it had been professionally serviced prior to your stay, although we apologize if it did not meet expectations when you first used it. This has been completely addressed with our vendor to prevent any recurrence. We value your feedback and will continue improving to ensure every guest receives the exceptional experience they expect and deserve. We hope to have an opportunity to welcome you back for a seamless stay in the future.

Appliance Probelms/ pool bike codes took 2-3 days to get.

Nice house. Spacious. Beds comfortable. Location was great. Oven was broke for 6/7 days. Stove top we had to fix. Both ice machines were broke and 2 repair men could not fix. Did buy us 3 small bags of ice. Toaster did not work coffee pots had to be descaled. Couldn’t get the bike codes for 2 entire days. Took 3 days to get the community pool code. Cleaning crew missed a few things that could have been overlooked but Beth the manager was not very helpful or apologetic. Kept accusing us. How terrible to use the amenities that we paid for. Had 5 repair trips all of those staff were so nice!! Dog poop in the yard and pool are were not clean on our arrival. First time ever in 20 years have I ever complained about a rental

Every time an issue was reported during your stay, our team responded promptly. Regarding the oven and stove, we even called out an experienced appliance technician to demonstrate proper use, and we have the invoices confirming both were fully operational. Our staff walked you through using the oven multiple times, yet we understand it still caused frustration. For other items, including the ice machines and stove top, our maintenance team visited multiple times to assist and ensure your stay was as comfortable as possible. Regarding community codes, these were included in the arrival instructions, opened 5 days prior according to our software and records, and we resent all codes to make sure you had access. Throughout your stay, Beth, our manager, was actively communicating and coordinating visits in a professional manner to help resolve issues. Cleaning concerns were also addressed immediately after they were reported. We appreciate that you mentioned the positive aspects of your stay, and while it’s disheartening to see that our team’s efforts weren’t fully reflected, we remain committed to providing responsive, high-quality service to all of our guests.
