The condo was perfect! Very clean and spacious for our family of 5. The condo has beautiful views (we saw dolphins from our balcony almost every day) and we had great communication with the host. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and Pier 60. Sadly we didn’t get great weather while we were there, but we were so thankful to have a beautiful, comfortable condo to spend time in during rain storms. We would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had almost all the utensils we looked for and certainly enough to be serviceable. The master bathroom has a huge tub that was very clean as well. The location is also convenient- walking distance to beach access, putt-putt, and plenty of tasty restaurants. We didn’t end up using it, but there was also a trolley stop right outside of the condo building. The views from the balcony were also superb for watching beautiful sunrises. The only downside was that it’s pretty noisy with traffic and some construction sounds. I would absolutely consider renting this location again if we return to Clearwater.

Instructions around the place was great. The original check in time of 4pm was a little late in the afternoon.We had a good time and would stay there again.

Diane was a great host. We didn’t need much communication at all, just a check in to see if all was ok. All instructions were easily understood and made the whole process very simple. Now the property. We were blown away. The place has plenty of room, clean, a great view and walking distance or trolley to just about anything you need. The balcony is private and spacious. The beach maybe a 7min walk and beautiful. Place also has plenty beach supplies as well. I would recommend for a family or just a couple adults getting together, This place has it all including a host that will let you enjoy your vacation. Thank you Dianne! We will be back!

The condo was awesome! We were in Clearwater Beach to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The condo was close to everything we wanted to do. The host responded very quickly to all our questions.Definitely would recommend to others and we would stay here again.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful stay

The condo is a short walk to the beach with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. We were given specific, well-written instructions which were quite helpful with our stay. This is a spacious, well- kept condo.

Perfect family vacation

Huge condo with plenty of space for our family. Beautiful views of the harbor and we saw the dolphins every day. There is a great view of the beach from the front of the condo also. Perfect location, we walked everywhere. We had a great time.

We loved that everything was right there within walking distance. Diane and Gordon had extra beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a wagon to take it all to the beach. We had a fabulous time. Will stay there again!
