This is a wonderful property and right on the beach. It felt like a private beach for the time we were there - No crowds! The house has fantastic views. There was plenty of parking. The kitchen is fantastic and perfect for our family.

The rooms were all very large so our children could add a pack-n-play for their babies. It was also so nice that every room had a bathroom. The kitchen was spacious and the view was wonderful.

Great location and views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The layout of the home was perfect for our family of 4 adult couples. Each room having its own bath is a bonus and the kitchen and gathering area is wonderful for eating snd game nights. The kitchen is lacking a bit with cooking items so we had to shift our meal plans to work around the pan situation that was available but made it work.

We found the property management professional and responsive and overall enjoyed the house, especially having a direct beach access. The house was beautiful and spacious for 8 adults and 1 teen, plenty of space to accommodate all of us comfortably. The house was sparsely furnished so there were tons of empty space and the missing curtains in the living & dining room made it too bright and hot to enjoy the afternoon sun. Amazing sunsets though

Great beach house

Stayed for three nights. Beautiful property and the view was amazing. It was fully stocked kitchen. The coffee pot didn’t work and I contacted the management company and they offered to bring me a new one that day if I wanted. Had plenty of towels, beach toys, and chairs that we over packed bringing our own supplies. Every room had a bathroom so all the kids and adults were happy about that.

We enjoyed our trip but had a few comments for a better stay for next clients. The floors and the patio were very dirty. Our bare feet got very dirty whenever we walked around the house or on the patio. it looked like the floors had been swept but not mopped well at all. You need to provide side tables for the couch not just a center table. You need to provide shades for the main room because it gets really hot in main room especially at the table during meals. You need to provide screens because one night we got eaten up by mosquitos and it could be dangerous for young children possibly falling out a window. lastly, you need to provide seasonings or at least salt and pepper. I have never stayed in a vrbo that doesn't provide that.

Was a great property, quiet and beautiful view of ocean. Floors not very clean but understand with doors and windows open the sand does blow into the home making it impossible to keep sand free. Could be moped better prior.
