Dieses Strandhaus am Meer verfügt über ein hochmodernes Mediencenter im großen Raum, einen massiven Steinkamin, Bücherregale aus Walnussholz, schwere Balkendecken, antike Deckenventilatoren, stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung und motorisierte Fensterabdeckungen. Tolles Zimmer neben Gourmetküche mit professionellen Edelstahlgeräten, Granit, französischen Lackschränken, Esstisch in einer eigenen Nische sowie einem Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und komplettem Gästebad vervollständigen diese Ebene. Dachgeschoss ist Loft w / Trundle Bett und Schreibtisch und die Master-Suite w / Kamin, Marmor und Stein Master Bad w / zwei Person Spa / Badewanne, Waschbecken für Sie und Ihn und Marmorplatte Dusche. All dies sieht auf ein riesiges Deck mit 180-Grad-Blick auf die Küste. Untere Ebene ist eine Gästesuite mit zwei Schlafzimmern, darunter ein Queensize-Bett und zwei Einzelbetten sowie eine Höhle mit Kamin, ein Queensize-Schlafsofa, eine komplette Marmor-Wet-Bar, ein Bierklopfer und ein kleiner Kühlschrank. Alle Innenböden sind von Hand gestörte brasilianische Hanf oder getrommelte Travertine. Polierte Kalksteintreppe mit handgeformten Schmiedeeisenschienen aus Messing. 3-stöckiger Aufzug von der Garage für 1 Auto zur Küche und zum Hauptschlafzimmer. Amazing house right on the sand. Very private area, very quite beach. The location is great being right across from the marina as well. We walked for coffee every morning to the HoneyCup and enjoyed the marina areas while note hanging out on the balcony overlooking the beach and water or being on the beach right out the back slider.

Beautiful Oceanfront Home

The home steps out to a very wide expansive beach with hardly a soul on it. We felt like we had a private beach! The home is gorgeous and has a nice wide open plan. Plenty of space for a family and entertaining. It is very well stocked with kitchen supplies, paper goods and towels which we really appreciated. The bathrooms were very clean but the kitchen was not quite as spotless. Plus there are ants so you need to be very careful about leaving anything on the counter. We had a few things that needed repairs but Remax was super responsive and sent someone out right away. The 4th bedroom on the main floor is very stuffy and has no fan. We had to keep the windows open which are very hard to open but it is still hot in there. Overall we had a wonderful time and loved the gorgeous views, especially from the rooftop patio. The elevator was a welcome surprise that was very useful in carrying heavy loads to the upper floors.

Great short beach vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for both relaxing and spending quality time together. The location couldn’t have been better—right on the sand and close to everything we needed. It made for a truly enjoyable and stress-free vacation. We’d absolutely love to come back!

From the time we made our initial reservation until the time we checked out, I have never experienced a more professional and attentive group of people. They answered every request and handled a couple concerns we experienced at the property.The home was in a great location (beachfront) that we totally enjoyed. There are a few issues with the home that I believe need attention that I shared with Gold Coast prior to checkout. Overall a very good experience.

Grocery stores about a mile away so we didn't have to bring much from home.

The location was perfect, the house was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels, toys, kitchen tools, etc. Everything you could think of for an excellent trip! Highly recommended. My only issue is with check in/check out. I know it's the way of the world these days, but when you're paying $1,100+ per night, it would be nice to have a full day. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am and they charge $50 for every hour if you request late check out. That said, the property itself is great.

The house and amenities are just perfect for our family vacation. Having a week with your kids and grandkids in a huge sandbox is just perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with all your need to cook family style meals and you cant go wrong with a variety of coffee pots to choose from. This year we were delighted to sleep on the new mattress in downstairs guest room. Thank you for making that happen. Now if only the house was in a time warp-- slowing down the days... so they felt like weeks... we look forward to next summer's visit and memories.

The roof top deck had spectacular views. They supplied extra blankets, sheets, pillows, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a BBQ though we did not use it.Its location @ Hollywood Beach is perfect as there are very few people at that section of the beach. a few days we had the beach to ourselves. The elevator shown in the picture was off-limits so that was disappointing as we had a person in our group with mobility issues. Overall loved the location and house and will be back again.
