Best Rental in Puerto Rico!!!

We rented the top floor for a nice vacation with friends. It was 6 of us and we all had our spaces. The property was clean, safe and close to everything! I will definitely stay again next time I am in Puerto Rico!

Bachelorette party

We stayed here for my sisters bachelorette party. It comfortably slept 6 of us and was a short uber ride to Old San Juan. We were able to walk to a walmart to get things we needed and Condado beach was like a 5-10 minute walk

The property was ideally located near restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Air conditioning doesn't keep the apartment cool and the water pressure is low.

HORRIBLE PROPERTY

From the beginning of the stay the management was trying to scam and hustle extra money. Paid for a 5 bedroom which was supposed to sleep 10 people but charged us an extra 400 for 9 people, no oven, the house wasn’t clean, stove top didn’t work, or the washing machine. We asked for extra towels because we couldn’t wash and they wanted 30 a towel. We were woken up by gunshots at 4 am and No parking was available. Would NEVER RECOMMEND. You can tell it’s ran by a greedy large Company not a single Owner.

We’ve also improved maintenance, deep-cleaning procedures, and added clearer policies regarding towels, parking, and amenities. Regarding safety, the area is now under constant supervision and monitoring, and guest comfort and peace of mind are our top priorities. Lastly, we want to clarify that PR Rentals is locally owned and operated, not a large corporate company — our team lives right here in Puerto Rico and takes pride in caring for every property personally. We appreciate your comments, as they helped us make the changes that now benefit all our guests.

Horrible property

Where do I begin! First of all we were never told that we would have to climb 6 flights of steps to get to our unit (imagine doing that with 50 lbs of luggage). When we finally got up there the living room furniture was stained and disgusting to where we couldn’t even sit on it, and when I reached out to the host they just sent two sheets up to cover it. When we showered we could only shower one at a time despite there being two showers because we had to allow the water pressure to build back up in between showers, which took about 20-30 minutes. We stayed there during the time that hurricane Fiona decided to hit, which caused us to have to deal with heavy winds and rain. When it rained it leaked through the sky light in the entry way, through the walls in all the rooms and one of the closet in one of the bedrooms. Leaving huge puddles of water everywhere. When I reached out to the host my messages went unanswered. When they turned off the electricity to the island we did have a back up generator but that only lasted for about 12 hours leaving us in the dark and with no water for 24 hours. Because of the storm we were stuck there until we were able to get a hotel, which wasn’t until Monday and by then we were due to leave the property anyway. During this time not once did the host or property manger check on us. I sent numerous messages and they all went unanswered. Now I understand that they were dealing with the mess from hurricane Fiona as well, but when you have people who are staying in multiple units that they have paid thousands of dollars to rent and a hurricane just so happens to make landfall you would at least check on them. Especially if you know that your units and generator isn’t up to par. To say that our stay there was horrible is an understatement. And when I sent a message Monday morning telling them that we were checked out and that we left a few unopened groceries behind they just said that it was ok and that housekeeping will take care of it. Never acknowledging any of the previous messages that were sent or offering any type of refund for our stay. All I’m going to say is rent/stay at your own risk.

Dear Shamita, we fully undestand your frustration, as we told you that natural disasters are out of our hand and as we state in our description you should of bought travel insurance. You where in a safe place and 90% of the short term rentals properties in Puerto Rico where in electricity shortage you were the only ones few with generator and water. This will not affect our reputation this will provide your next renter not to rent you because you were wanting to get a full refund and been a disrespectfull guest with all our personell as well, not following rules and smoking marijuana inside of apartment wich it was not allowed in any property of ours. We do provide a great experience in a great location with all the needed amenities that most rentals dont have.

Clean, large space

The property was nice, be prepared for the 4 floor climb with your luggage. Air conditioning could be a little colder and water pressure was an issue, though the suite itself was lovely. The washing machine did not work, though it wasn’t advertised as a feature either. Host was quick to respond to any questions, and the place was clean and spacious

My vacation at Villamil

The house is spacious good and safe location close to airport and parking was always available.Good for large group. If they fix the Ac to work properly in the bedrooms and livingroom this house will be Perfect !! I stayed at the 4 th floor from 8/23 to 8/29/2022
