3333 Villamare is an oceanfront condo that provides you with excellent views of the Atlantic Ocean and resort tropical surroundings, as well as access to resort amenities and the beach.

The condo has light gray wood floors and is beautifully decorated with coastal accents throughout. To the left of the entrance is an open floor plan living, dining and kitchen with gorgeous ocean views and plenty of sunlight. The kitchen has granite counters that look like sands from the beach. There are three stools at the countertop – a great place to have a snack while the chef prepares the meal. In the kitchen closet is the stacked washer and dryer. The dining room has a large black wooden table that seats six. In the living room there is a green sofa, two accent chairs and a gray leather chair plus a 50” SMART TV. The entertainment center has games, puzzles and books for everyone to enjoy. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony where there is a round table that seats six.

To the right of the front door you will find the first of three guest rooms. This room offers two queen beds with blue sea shell bedspreads, 32" SMART TV, a mini fridge and direct ocean views. The sliding doors open to a private balcony with three chairs. The ensuite bathroom has a single vanity, large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Off the living room is the second guest bedroom with two double beds, 32" SMART TV, private balcony overlooking the ocean with four chairs and a private bathroom with single vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. The master bedroom can be found on the opposite side of the villa and has a king bed, 40" SMART TV, private access to main balcony and private bathroom. The master bathroom offers a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.

Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.

Both pools are heated seasonally, March 15th - May 1st and October 15th - December 1st. {These dates are subject to change and out of our control.}

Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking.
