great spot for a family vacation. The house had plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Walking distance to the beach , little bodega's , ice cream, and plenty of places to grab a bite. would definitely recommend !

Great family stay

We had our family of 3 and 2 dogs and my mother in law and sister in law and their dog as well as my mom all stay in the house, and it was great! The dogs had a great time the house was great everyone had their own space and the dogs were able to feel right at home! Communication was great. Parking was a challenge but the parking passes helped out. The house was clean and had everything we needed it was definitely a nice get away and great to feel homey!

Great place to stay near Atlantic City

Very comfortable home with a kind responsive hostess. Our family loved our beach vacation! The home was comfortable, nicely updated, and close to everything. Hayley the property manager was easily reached and accomodating for questions and minor issues. We would rent again!

Great place!

Super easy experience and great home for a family stay. About one block to boardwalk, then easy to enjoy walks in either direction - South through Ventnor or North to the heart of AC, which is about 1.5 miles (or a bit less if you choose to hop on the tram that seems to come as far south as the Trop). And, of course, the beach!

Beautiful home!

Can’t say enough great things about this home. It was located near casinos, shopping, beaches and boardwalk. Home was clean and beds were comfortable. Home is perfect for either long weekend or a full week. Owners responded quickly to messages sent. Will keep this in my favorite to stay here again.

Great House!

Great house for a two-week beach stay. Loved the bikes, beach chairs, and bed sheets. All the essentials in the house worked very well. Walk to the beach was shorter than expected. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend this property.

Great AC vacation!

The property was awesome. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and plenty of space for everyone. House is well maintained and beautifully decorated. It was a little longer walk to the boardwalk and beach than I had anticipated but the beach was wonderfully uncrowded. Casinos and shops were a bit of a hike, but we used Uber quite a bit. I would stay again at this property. The hostess replied almost immediately to any questions we had.

Beautiful Beach House!

This place appears to be very recently decorated and appointed and everything is so thoughtfully and beautifully done. The house is very comfortable and the hosts have provided a beach wagon, beach chairs, things to do inside and out, and even wonderful surprises. The house is comfortable for little ones and dogs, too! It’s a quick walk to the beach and the beach is so expansive that it’s never crowded. The host was very responsive to questions. Best beach vacation ever, and we are very grateful!

AC weekend trip

We had a great stay in AC! The house was exactly as described and had plenty of room for sleeping, eating and hanging out. Our friend group spends one weekend a year in AC and we would definitely stay here again! Checkout was at 11am which gave us time to leave without rushing. The house requirements for clean up were very reasonable and not excessive as with some other places we stayed. My only note is that the driveway is very narrow so large cars/trucks won't fit. The two included parking spaces on the street made it fine for our group though! Thank you for a great weekend!

Wonderful location with many perks

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Owner was very helpful and provided many extras with the property. A gift basket and bottle of wine made our arrival special. We really didn’t have to shop for much besides our food. There was coffee, paper towels, TP, towels, blankets and even firewood for the cozy fire pit outback. Location was very close to the boardwalk. Walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Parking in the driveway is tight but there were many spaces available on the street and parking permits were provided. Our pups also enjoyed our stay and the back yard space was especially nice.

Home was nice, plenty of room and clean. No complaints with the home itself - nice accommodations rooms were large and nicely decorated. Could have used better cooking pots and pans. Had to go out and by a large pot to cook. Neighborhood left much to be desired. Neighborhood was a little shady and parking was awful - parking passes didn't do much good when people took up 2 parking spaces on the street. Nice backyard.

Great Family Father's Day Getaway

First, I must say the home was immaculate. The design, cleanliness, decor and functionality of the home was amazing. We enjoyed the location and a few of the neighbors were very pleasant but most stayed to themselves. We thoroghly enjoyed cooking out and spending time in the backyard almost as much as the beach. The openess of the living room, dining room, kitchen area kept us all interacting at all times but gave us plenty of space as well. I think our family loved the window seating in the living room as someone could always be found relaxing watching TV or taking a quick nap after activities. The overall experience at this property was a 9 out of 10. The only reason for not scoring a 10 was parking. The driveway was very narrow and couldn't accomodate our 2 vehicles. Off street parking was a bit difficult to acquire during the day due to neighbors and other flocking to the nearby beach. Other than parking this property and the experience was exceptional. The host was also very helpful and welcoming.

Large House/ 2 blocks from Beach/ Great for Families & Friends

We were a group of 8 adults. Never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room to spread out within the house. The backyard had a grill with an umbrella table and chairs to eat at, as well as a firepit where we made s'mores. The furnishings inside are not fancy, but comfortable. The property had bicycles for us to ride on the boardwalk, and a handy beach wagon to transport beach chairs that were provided. I would have given a perfect score of 5 except for the fact that the inventory was low on items that we were led to believe would be there. At check-in, there was no toilet paper in the house, bath soap in the showers, laundry detergent or facial tissues. On our 2nd day there we tried to erect the beach cabana but it was broken. However, the owner was very responsive in correcting these deficiencies, often within a matter of minutes, including having a new cabana delivered to the doorstep the next day. One exception was that on July 4th we started grilling outside, however there was not enough propane to totally cook our food and we had to finish cooking indoors. It was an inconvenience, but did not spoil our holiday and overall relaxed vacation. We would happily stay there again.

To address your statement about the items you were “led to believe would be there”, as we mentioned, we were training a new cleaning crew who forgot to communicate that we were low on those items but as you said all those things have and will be rectified for future stays. We appreciate your patience with us as we ensure everything continues to be at the standard by which we hold ourselves to, in order to enhance our guests experience so they can focus on are creating special memories together that we hope they will cherish for a lifetime.

Ray Family Beach Vacation- AC

Our first VRBO rental was a great success!! Easy to use Vrbo site; quick responses from host; simple requests honored; property that met our needs 99%. Spacious home w/ big bedrooms, including room for babies’ pack ‘n plays & cots. Nice balance of function & beauty. Grateful that this property provided all linens & had a complete kitchen (including plastics & children’s dinnerware and all appliances). Beach chairs & towels were provided, and host even ordered a perfect beach wagon for guests. Yard is fenced & so we had added privacy for outdoor showers & roasting s’mores in the firepit. Vans & Larger vehicles should believe the host when she cautions about narrow drive way! Maybe get a measurement if you’re not sure if you’ll fit. Great to kick back and enjoy nature, the beach, the backyard, while also having the modern conveniences at our fingertips! Thank you!

A block and a half to a great beach!

The southern end of Atlantic City has some real nice beaches, not too crowded and really well maintained. We liked how the place was not too touristy, restaurants a block away had no lines. The house was nice and well outfitted. We appreciate not having to bring towels, beach chairs and paper products.

Wonderful accommodations!!!

This was the best vacation home we have stayed in. The house is huge!! Kitchen is stocked, paper products, laundry detergent, spices, towels, beach towels, bedding, beach chairs!!! Everything you will need. One short block and 3 houses to a beautiful beach!!
