Great host communication, excellent location within short walk to the beach (5 min). Perfect space for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) with plenty of food options and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to the Melbourne area.

With a quick walk to an amazing beach, this was a lovely stay in a very comfortable home. When we discovered the provided beach umbrella was broken, the host had delivered a replacement within a couple hours and overall they were very responsive.

Perfect beach location

The townhome had everything we needed, including beach equipment, and was so close to the beach that it only took a few minutes to zip over!

The place ad great accessibility to the beach!The host gave quick assistance when we had slight problems. The rental was very clean and comfortable. I would suggest the host supply more dishes, a saucepan for smaller amounts of food to cook, and check the placement of dishes in high cupboards or provide a footstool for we shorter renters. All in all, a very nice place to stay; we were there 2 weeks. Lovely time!

Sunny Beachside Retreat

The property was very clean and a quick walk to the beach. Check in and out was very easy and they answered all my questions promptly. The only improvement needed is maybe a mattress topper we thought the beds were a little firm but overall I give them a 5/5.

Take a good rest

My main purpose was to take a rest and enjoy the beach in peace. For both it was perfect, Quiet neighborhood, very few poeple at the beach, 3 minutes walk from the property.

Great Place To Stay

This property was exactly as pictured and described! It was extremely clean and we had no issues during our stay. We did not think the bed and pillows in the master bedroom were as comfy as we are used to, but it was a small sacrifice for a weeks stay. The walk to the beautiful beach was really only 2-3 minutes from the door!! This is a great location to restaurants and many other amenities.

Been here now several times. Never disappointed. I appreciate especially the close proximity (3 min.) to a nice and almost private beach. Especially at sunrise, watching pelicans and dolphins, spectacular! With children you need to accompany them to cross the 4-lane state road. But a pedestrians crossing has now been put in place, so relatively quite safe.The quaint home is furnished very tastefully has all you need. Good WiFi if you need to work. From the kitchen, in the morning you can watch squirrels . A hose at the front door to wash off sand.Shops and good restaurants you can reach within 5-15 min., in 1/2 h you're in Melbourne.Enjoy !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was clean and had a fantastic location. We were looking for a low-key long weekend and this fit our needs perfectly. We really were just a short walk from the beach. The section of beach was beautiful and not crowded. We appreciated the beach towels and the washer/dryer unit with our beach days! We found a couple of local restaurants we enjoyed and spent some time in downtown Melbourne across the bridge. Shopping was close by for us to grab the necessities while we were there.
