We stayed at the house for a week and it had everything we needed. The house was very clean when we arrived and smelled fresh on entry which I really appreciate!The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were good, and we were very comfortable in the house. We visit family in Mt. Pleasant often so we’ll keep this property on our list.

We stayed her to visit family in the are. Aside from a little obvious wear from rentals, it was a great house in a good location. Would definitely stay again.

Family Trip to Charleston

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The location is excellent and is 15 minutes away from the beach and downtown. The house was clean and had a lot of amenities.

I had a fantastic stay at this property in Mt. Pleasant! The house was beautiful, the property was easy to find and convenient to everything and the place was stocked with everything we would have needed. I would recommend this place to anyone. Hope to be back someday!

Charleston Getaway

We had a great time at this property right outside of Charleston. It was in a fantastic location halfway between the beaches and downtown. The house had plenty of room and was well equipped to host the 8 of us! Some of our favorite moments were sitting out in the outdoor patio just chatting! Great stay.

Fun at Phil's place

The house was charming and in a great location for all the things we were doing! Close to the beach, great restaurants and Charleston! The Duvet staff were extremely helpful when we had a few questions.. like how to work the remote. They answered us in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend staying at this home!

Exceptional Property

Perfect place for the family. Downtown Charleston is just a few minutes away! Convenient stores and restaurants are nearby too. The house is so new and clean and all the beds are so comfy. 5 star experience! Stay Duvet made us feel so welcome and introduced options even days before we arrived. That was my best visit to South Carolina. We’ll be back!

Very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful home- spacious, clean and comfortable! The neighborhood and location were also great. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities offered but look forward to coming back! We also really appreciated the ease of communication with the couple of questions we had. Nice place!

Overall pleasant stay. Good location in Mount Pleasant, spacious, with nice amenities. Missing a few items like trash bags, tissues, and sofa produces a lot of down feathers. Manager is very helpful and responsive. Great yard for dog!

Truly is a Backyard Bliss

We enjoyed our stay for the week! It was clean and had everything we needed. I could not leave that porch it was just so peaceful and we had our dog who loved the backyard to run around in. Bonus it had a doggy door! The check in and check out process was easy. Communication was amazing! Quick to reply. Absolute loved it!

Quiet neighborhood

House was as advertised with a lovely yard. The appliances and cookware need replacement. The master bedroom mattress was very good. The other beds upstairs need the mattresses and support system replaced. This property has great potential but needs some TLC.

The house is a good setup. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. The backyard was really nice and completely fenced in. The kitchen had good utensils and pots and pans. The drawback was that it was not listed as a smoking property yet when we opened the door everything smelled like smoke. Hadanother property. like smoke.
