I would like to say this property was excellent. It was clean. The host was awesome. I gave her five stars. The kitchen was well stock. My family really really enjoyed this first time being at the beach. If you’re looking to book this property it is well worth every penny it’s awesome.

Beautiful property fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful vacation. Walk to restaurants and shopping at Barefoot Landing. We spent wonderful evenings on the balcony overlooking the intercostal waterway.

This was a great place. I would definitely stay again. The only thing I would like to see is a K cup coffee maker added to the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen had everything we needed, the size was wonderful for the 10 of us. The view was so beautiful. We loved watching the bridge move for larger boats. It was a very quick drive to the beach which seemed like the best of both worlds. You could sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and passing boats and in no time be in the hustle and bustle of the beach. The pool was so large so it never seemed crowded. Very nice place to stay!

Only 1 roll of very thin and poor quality toilet paper per bathroom for 4 women for 3 night 2 day stay. Yes we ran out! Only 2 k cups for coffee. I know they sound like small things but made it's the small things that make a huge difference

I am sorry if we fell short of meeting your expectations however I wish you would have reached out to me about these items when you first arrived. As I note in my welcome information, we do provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, etc. but had I known this was insufficient, I could have reached out to my team on your behalf. We also do try to keep the K-cups stocked. Again, had I known, I would have been in touch with my team on your behalf. I do include my contact information, my husband's contact information and our housekeeping team's information in my welcome packet. I always encourage my guests to reach out to me if they need anything during their stay when I send out the welcome packet.

This spacious property provided us with plenty of living space for our group. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed- there was even a hand mixer so that I could make my daughter's favorite dessert! The view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again. When we booked our stay in North Myrtle Beach we knew it will be a lovely vacation. However, we never thought that it was going to be so close to home. Every amenities including the location was beyond expectations. My family who were visiting from Canada were the reason for the Myrtle beach trip. My husband and I were extremely happy and pleased of our choice of stay. Michelle was extremely gracious making sure we were all checked in and everything was working properly.from start to end. We were blessed to find this special place and is already talking about our trip next year going back to the same place for a longer stay. It was too short. Special thanks to both the host and hostess. We could not ask for a better trip. Michelle helped us to be proud of my choice and made our trip memorable and a great success.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here! My husband and I brought our 3 kids (20, 15 and 7). They slept comfortably and absolutely loved the very large pool area so close to the condo! We were close enough to do everything the family planned to do, from The SkyWheel at the Beach to Barefoot Landing for food and shopping and our family favorite Broadway at the Beach!! We enjoyed shopping at the outlets and eating at some local favorites; Putters Pub, Carolina Roadhouse and Fiesta Mexicana. Although we enjoyed going out to eat, the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner a couple times during the week. We loved the countertop seating and a large table for us all to be together. We traveled to the beach, only a quick 5-7minute drive, perfect location!!The owners were fantastic to interact with from the moment we planned our stay and very helpful for any questions I had leading up to and during our stay. So kind and definitely offered 5 star service!!!When we vacation with our kids, we need a home away from home feel, without the honey do lists! The house was very clean and offered comfortable, relaxing seating both inside and on the balcony. We enjoyed watching fireworks from the balcony and a good storm from the amazing view in the living room.Definitely 10/10 recommend!!! We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo, positioned some miles away from the boardwalk area of Myrtle Beach. Located directly on the Intercoastal waterway over-looking a marina. For some, (myself included) it is walking distance to Barefoot Landing a shopping area with multiple restaurant offerings. This is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with all the amenities' necessary for an enjoyable family vacation. It is clean and in good shape, with little to no evidence of wear and tear. I would highly recommend this rental for a quiet, enjoyable time away from home.

The condo was beautiful. Very spacious with a perfect kitchen. The rooms were nice and big and each room has its own bathroom. The view from the balcony was beautiful. Michele was very responsive, kind and helpful with a few questions I had. I would definitely stay again!
