Chalet (6-8 pers) next to the lake of Annecy

Chalet for 6-8 people completely renovated with a private garden located in Camping Sandaya la Nubliere 4*, Doussard, Lac d'Annecy being among other private chalets in a quiet location on the edge of Lake Annecy next to the reserve from Bout du Lac, with direct access to the lake.

The chalet is positioned at the end of a alley (no passage) without being bothered by the neighborhood, with the nature reserve right on the edge.

Upstairs there are 2 big bedrooms :
- 1 large bedroom with a big bed 160/200, a large closet, an electronic piano (heavy touch), air conditioning.
- 1 large bedroom with 2 90/200 drawer beds (so 4 beds possible), a large closet, air conditioning.

On the 1st floor :
- fully equipped kitchen open to large living room with a convertible sofa.
- a bedroom with a large 140/200 bed.
- a big bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer.
- WC separately.

Outside :
- a small garden with 1 barbecue, a table and a hammock
- parking for 2 cars maximum authorized next to the chalet

Since 2019: Spa area in the campsite including hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, swimming lane (payable, inquire at the campsite reception).

Easy access to Annecy and its old town via a superb cycle path along the lake, or by shuttle boat.

At the campsite: - water play area for kids and inflatable structures - outdoor fitness area, children's club for 4/12 year olds, table tennis.

Activities: paragliding, mountain biking, hiking, water activities, tennis, cycle path 50m away.



Self-check-in :
You can enter the chalet with a secure key box. You need to pass by the campsite reception to get you portal badge and bracelets.

Additional rules:
- No noise after 11 p.m.
- Arrival after 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
- Non-smoking accommodation
- Pets not allowed
- Compliance with campsite regulations (noise pollution and speed limit, ban on driving in the campsite between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m.)
- Leave the chalet clean as you found it (no shoes inside) please
- Copy of identity card and compulsory insurance certificate
