Inside entertainment includes a professional 8ft slate bed pool table, a professional Foosball table and a Marvel super heroes arcade (2 players) and Multicade arcade (2 players) and finally each bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV for access to Netflix / Amazon Prime etc.
Your fun begins the minute you open the door, AND all this, within walking distance of the resort clubhouse where you can enjoy the additional facilities of a zero entry pool, hot tub, volleyball court, fully equipped gymnasium and use of their business office for computer access.

Child Friendly: The state of Florida insists on the protected screens between villa and pool, you can remove them if you are confident. We have also included two infant/toddler playard, side barrier for a single bed, one high chair, one stair gates for the top of the stairs, and a selection of plates / cups and cutlery to simplify the holiday experience with your children.

Accessing via the foyer, there is a large full sized kitchen furnished with a brand new 3-door refrigerator that you'll find fully equipped to make money saving meals at home. Additional thoughts have been applied to aid that active family holiday with a slow cooker, blender, coffee machine, a George Foreman countertop grill added to the standard items to make this truly “a home from home” kitchen. There is a breakfast bar seating two and a breakfast nook overlooking the pool area seating five.

You’ll have easy access to the pool area from the sliding doors opening to the lanai where you will find the outdoor grill, two round tables seating 8 and additional conversational loungers around the pool.


Family living room/Lounge Area
Two large sofa’s with a king-size pull-out couch and a small stationary table is part of a communal relaxing area around the wall mounted 55 inch HD- TV, complimenting the seating within the kitchen area.
Complimentary Cable TV with 200 channels and High speed WiFi are also included.

An open dining room with a three-sided window bay includes a 6-seater dining table. The dining area opens into the kitchen as well as into the foyer.

Both rooms are accessed without the need to climb any stairs - they share a bathroom with a walk in shower and hence are the perfect option for holidaying guests with reduced mobility.

Accessed to the right, via the foyer, the garage has been converted into a modern games room. The floors and walls have been sealed and painted. A large fan has been installed for your comfort, together with a high table and bar stools to set those drinks and phones aside.

To ensure the fun starts the moment you enter the property, we have added a professionally installed 8ft slate bed pool table, a professional Foosball table and an Air hockey table and two Arcades - all aimed at challenging the competitive minded individual!

This cozy home offers you a peaceful pool and spa area to relax and swim. The Lanai and privately screened pool area is also equipped with a gas grill.
