1 kitchenette equipped with hob 3 induction fires, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee -
1 double room for 2 people with duvet -
1 room for 3 people with 1 single bed and 2 bunk beds of 1 person with duvets -
1 bathroom with bathtub and sink -
Separate WC -
WIFI. Heating package of 40 €/week from October to May. Private parking place. Balcony furniture. Electric heating. Washing machine drying. Common bike room. Good condition (painting and maintenance).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, deposit by bank card and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...).
Rent at least two weeks the first 3 weeks of August (other periods: week).
