This charming air-conditioned studio apartment with shared swimming pool is less than a kilometre from the beach and can accommodate up to 4 people. With a surface area of 28 m² and located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with bath). Sheets and towels not included. The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with a double sofa bed
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven, hob, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, etc., as well as a dining area
- 1 queen-size bed (160×200) that can be folded away to maximise space
- Bathroom with bath and WC

Outside area :
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by a gate.
- A 6 m² balcony with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the sunny days.

The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Saint Raphaël Valescure station 1.2 km away (15 min walk)
- Nearest airport: Nice airport 62 km away (50 min by car)

Other remarks :
- Sheets and towels optional.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- A parent is responsible for all children swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
