Lake home minutes from Cedar Point!

NEW RENOVATION FOR 2024:
The lower screened porch was renovated this winter before the upcoming 2024 season. We removed all the screens and enclosed the area with windows all around. This area is climate controlled with heating/air conditioning. We have a tv mounted in the area as well as a grill, side burner and flat top cooking station!

This 3,100 square foot home is on Cedar Point Road just down the road from Cedar Point amusement park and Cedar Shores water park!

Located on a 2 acre private lot, the house sits towards the back of the property, where you will have the bay just steps from the back of house and a beautiful sunset to enjoy in the evening. In the front, relax on your own private deck to enjoy your coffee during the beautiful sunrise or drinks in the evening while taking in the wonderful Lake Erie views.

The exterior of the home has two screened in porches for all your entertainment needs. The lower porch is equipped with a natural gas Weber Grill and outdoor patio set with seating for 6. The upper deck also has a patio table with seating for 6, along with other seating to comfortably seat a total of 10 and take in the beautiful evening sunset over the bay side!

Inside the home, you will find an open concept floor plan with brand new furniture throughout the entire main floor. The large gourmet kitchen has a commercial grade gas stove/oven with a large hibachi grill. You will also find a large side by side refrigerator, microwave, and a brand new dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee maker with starter pods, toaster and crockpot. Also supplied are pots, pans, baking sheets, pizza pans, cutting boards, dinnerware, glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, flatware/knives, and every kitchen utensil you would need!

Also on the main floor is the family room with a beautiful sectional to seat many people and a dining room table with seating for 8, seating for 2 at the granite kitchen island, and a table with 4 chairs located in the alcove area off of the kitchen to seat a total of 14 comfortably. You will find a half bath located just off the alcove.

The first of two Master suites is located on the main level that includes a master bathroom with a walk-in shower and brand new garden tub. The master suite has a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds and the large master closet has a hanging rod and shelving to organize and unload all your belongings.

In the lower level of the home, you will find a second master suite with a king bed and private bathroom with a brand new stand up shower. This room was originally an open gaming area that we built into a second master suite- it did not have a closet so we recently built one in and added a closet so you have a place to put your bags and hang up your clothes on the hanging rod. This master suite has a sliding door that takes you out to the lower level screened in porch where you can step outside and enjoy your morning coffee. Also, on the lower level you will find two other bedrooms; one with a queen bed and the other with an L-shaped twin bunk bed (a total of 4 twin bunks) that sleeps 4. The lower level living area has a loveseat and pull out couch with full bed to sleep an additional 2 people. There is a second full bathroom with shower/tub combo located in the lower level.

High speed wireless internet throughout the home with UNLIMITED data. TV's located in every room of the house including every bedroom and even in the upstairs master bathroom. Cable channel guide with many channels along with a Roku streaming stick on every tv to stream your favorite Netflix and Hulu shows.

Property is located just down the road from Cedar Point amusement park and Cedar Shores Waterpark, 5 minutes from Sports Force, 10 minutes to Kalahari and other indoor water parks, minutes to golf courses, marinas and downtown Sandusky.
