Very clean, comfy and convenient.

Secure updated clean property with easy access to other areas yet the feeling of true Mexico being in the barrio of Pitilal. Our host was a lovely English/Spanish speaking lady. More detailed information about the location and the workings of the hot water system would have been helpful. We had a woderful experience and would return.

A well equipped property that is spotless. It's just a 7-minute walk to a large shopping complex and on the edge of the historic village of Pitillal that has just about everything you could need. I used the bus a lot and it was between a 30 minute and 45 minute trip to the Malecon depending on which route I took and the traffic level. The Mexican people in PV are so community minded and wonderful to deal with. Mayra was very responsive and helpful. She drove me to the airport and even made a second trip to the airport before I checked in to return a computer power cord that I had left behind. A wonderful lady.

This neighborhood offers a wonderful balance between local life and easy access to everything Puerto Vallarta has to offer. It is a peaceful residential area where guests can experience the authentic rhythm of the city while still being very close to the beach, the airport, Marina Vallarta, and downtown.

Within just a few minutes you’ll find local markets, traditional Mexican food, small restaurants, and convenience stores. One of my favorite places nearby is a local fruit market where guests can enjoy freshly prepared Mexican dishes.

The area is safe, friendly, and full of everyday Vallarta life. Guests often tell me they love feeling like locals while still being just a short ride from the ocean, the Malecon, and all the attractions of the city.
