Enjoy comfort and convenience in this wonderful, beautifully updated, 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo ideally located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach—complete with elevator access and 1,560 sq. ft. of well-designed living space. Upon entering, you'll find two nicely sized guest bedrooms at the front of the unit. The open-concept main living area seamlessly combines the kitchen, dining room, and living room, creating an inviting space for gathering and relaxation. The spacious primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and a sliding glass door that opens to a private porch. Off the living room, a bright sunroom captures abundant afternoon light and offers additional access to the porch through charming French doors.

This condo provides the perfect blend of coastal comfort and convenience—ideal for a relaxing beach getaway.

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:

TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.

NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

Very spacious, comfortable unit for our family of six. Sectional couch fit all of us. Sunroom with additional sofa and desk was lovely. Master bathroom had his and her sinks and was large and roomy.

The condo was clean and in great shape. We loved the pool. We went down the week of the Fourth of July, so the traffic was pretty bad, but it was easy to navigate to the beaches in the area.

The apartment itself was very nice and in a good location to get to the beaches and main strip. This property is managed by a company and there is no direct contact with the owners which contributes to a lack of quick response. I had to contact them upon arrival due to the bathroom not being cleaned properly and their being hair everywhere. They also don’t do a deep clean between guests and we had some concerns about that (seems the comforters may not be washed between guests.) We misplaced the pool key - totally our fault - but even after notifying the company and maintenance there was no response so we could not use the pool for the rest of our stay. There should be a spare somewhere for this type of situation. Overall it was a nice place but don’t expect to get issues resolved the way they have, in my experience, when dealing directly with the owner.

Great location with nice amenities!

My family very much enjoyed our stay here. I was worried about being "right off the highway" but the unit is set back a bit so it doesn't feel like you're in a busy area. The pool is super-convenient and very nice - my kids had a blast! It was nice being close to all of the things we wanted to do and the house had everything we needed (except, pherpahs, potholders!). I would recommend this location and would definitely stay here again!

Our condo

Upon arrival, we were getting a close sent text to enter our condo, we had a 7 year old, 14 year old, 26, and 40 of age, my brother got a new phone number, that the case was sent to so we finally got through to the owner he he was very very unprofessional, rued he kept asking my brothers age ext. I understand he couldn't verify it was us who was renting it be we offered to send him a pic of ID and we verified our names, just a very rued person, he finally gave it to us, everything was good, just all kind of crumbs under couch, bathroom garbage no nag with garbage in it, coffee grounds in the pot, also the bunk bed room was garbage on the ground next to the wall, other then that was pretty good

Good place to stay

The unit itself is very nice, has a lot of space for the whole family, with nice comfortable furniture (except mattresses, I think maybe because they are old, my husband is about 200lb and he had some back pain in the morning). Bathrooms are good, everything works. Location was perfect for us, because we rented this unit to be closer to Lewis beach, but if you prefer Rehoboth beach, there may be some time spent in traffic. The pool is ok, not big but enough to spend some time with family. It is a good addition if you have kids and the weather is not good enough for the beach, so you have a choice. My big issue was the cleanliness of the condo, it was very dirty, I had to clean it by myself to be able to walk without the shoes, a lot of dust, sand and other dirt were all over the unit, even on the top of wooden furniture. Be prepared for the rugs full of sand and other dirt on them, I was told that the cleaners do not touch any rags or linens for any of our rental units. Also we had some noisy neighbors for last couple nights, we leave in single home so it was unusual experience for us. I believe there were kids, because they were running around and jumping and it was untill midnight, was really hard to sleep; and our morning wake up was connected to them as well. Another neighbors had very loud conversations, also at night time. But the good thing is that it was only two nights. Overall, if you have a perfect “sleep mode” at night and dirty floors is not a problem for you, it is a nice place to stay)

Well stocked and clean condo but with potentially noisy neighbors

This condo was beautiful and well stocked. The sectional in the living room is huge, comfy and fit our family perfectly. The sunroom was a beautiful, light filled room that the kids loved and the option to eat on the porch was a bonus. The bedrooms were very nice and the bathrooms were too. It functioned and flowed very well and was very clean. The proximity to Lewes but also Rehoboth was something that we appreciated but you are not going to avoid the traffic and headaches of Hwy 1 with this location. You can walk to Matt's Fish Camp though, which is one of the best restaurants in the area. Midway Go Carts and Putt-Putt and one of the Tanger outlets was very close too. The pool for this condo was lovely, not very big but just enough and nobody was there. The only problem we had which wasn't a huge problem but could have been was that the walls are thin and our neighbors were up late. When we first arrived the neighbors appeared to be young and liked to stay up until about 1 or 2 in the morning, the hung out on the porch too which is right off the main bedroom, so sleeping while they were outside was impossible but they were gone after two days so most of our week was quiet. The first set of guests were not as bad as the last set that were thankfully only there for our last night. They were very loud men, it sounded like they were banging holes in the wall. They smoked on the porch which made it too unpleasant for us to use our porch. We asked them to keep it down because we had kids sleeping and they told us that they were headed out to the bars. We asked them to be quiet when they got back from the bars but they were not! They woke up every child of mine at 3am and they continued to party most of the night. I was glad we were leaving the next day. When we returned from our trip the manager asked us about them so I get the feeling that he was going to do something about it and would be more careful in the future not to rent to people who like to party late at night. If I were to rent it again I would want the assurance that this is more of a family condo than a college kid/party condo.

Perfect for our family of 6!

This property is well taken care of and well managed. Carl was great to deal with and very responsive to texts and emails. His emails and printouts/attachments are well thought out & helpful for your stay. The place was perfect for our family of 6. Close to lots of Deleware's beaches (Rehoboth, Dewey, Lewes, Bethany, & Cape Henlopen State Park). There's a washer and dryer right in the unit. Pillows & comforters are provided, just bring sheets & pillowcases. We were on the 2nd floor, but there's plenty of close parking & an elevator. Overall it was a great place at a reasonable price!

Great stay

I had the best experience renting this property from Carl. VRBO had many issues but Carl was kind enough to work with me to ensure we would be able to rent the property as I only had one specific week off of work. The property is in a quiet area set back from traffic but just off of the main road. The home was beautiful and just the right fit for us. We spent most of our time at Rehoboth beach which was roughly 4-5 miles and took an easy 10-15 minutes (depending on the time of day you were driving). The elevator to the 2nd floor was convenient and the pool located at the end of the property was a welcomed addition. I would absolutely rent this property again and hope to rent it again. Thank you so much for having our family!

Beautiful place to stay!

My family and I loved this property! The condo itself was spacious and fit my whole family well. Having the pool access was an added bonus on days that it was cloudy and we weren’t sure that we wanted to go to the beach. The condo itself was clean, organized, and stocked with utensils, plates, bowls, etc. Having the dishwasher and laundry in the unit was super helpful and made cleaning up from meals and doing laundry easy. Carl was easy to communicate with and made check out expectations easy to complete. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo and close to attractions

This was the perfect spot for our family to gather for a vacation. We were impressed with the home and design of the space. We were glad to find that there was a washer and dryer dryer on-site as that made things much easier for us. Our family looks forward to staying here again.
