With a floor area of 100 m² and sleeping up to 6 guests, ‘L’Écrin du Crouesty’ comprises a 25 m² living room opening onto a private terrace, a contemporary kitchen open to the living room, fully fitted and equipped, and three bedrooms, including a separate master suite on the ground floor with a large bath and double washbasin, high-end bedding (140×190), and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom with one double bed (140×200) featuring a single washbasin and storage space, a beautiful shower opening onto the landing, a separate toilet, and a bedroom with two single beds suitable for children or teenagers.

You can enjoy an enclosed terrace, fully equipped for your comfort with an outdoor table seating six for your lunches! A large electric awning will protect you from the sun.

- You may park temporarily in front of the property to unload and load your luggage. Parking in front of the house is strictly prohibited. Once you have unloaded your belongings, please park your vehicle in the parking spaces on the street just above the house.
- Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF, approximately 35 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, approximately 1 hour 45 minutes’ drive away
