The first level of this home has the first bedroom and a den. The bedroom is a large master suite, with a king bed and a daybed with a trundle and an attached private bath that has a dual vanity, stand up shower, and separate tub. Bring your favorite movie to enjoy on the TV with DVD player. Enjoy the sound views from the indoor seating space, or sit out on the deck and enjoy the views while taking a dip in the hot tub. Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
