Located on the 1st floor of an old barn (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 31 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower) and a 3,500 m² garden. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

1st floor:
- A mezzanine with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and a study area

Exterior:
- A 10 m² south-facing private balcony with a table, 4 chairs and 2 deckchairs, directly accessible from the living area.
- A shared 3,500 m² unfenced garden with deckchairs.

The apartment is ideally located in Puberg, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy near the apartment all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The fireplace is functional, wood is optional (10 euros / day).
