Gozo holiday apartment with amazing views.

Welcome to the "Gozo View Penthouse"
We offer you great hospitality and stunning views of Gozo, right from the living room,
at this cliff-edge penthouse in the picturesque village of Zebbug Gozo.
It is situated right at the edge of this peaceful hilltop village, overlooking the Giordan Lighthouse, and with spectacular views over the picturesque Gozitan villages of Ghasri, Gharb and the capital Victoria.
This penthouse has just been completely renovated in July 2021. It is fully airconditioned and has two new bedrooms, one with double and ensuite bathroom, and another with twin beds. Both bedrooms enjoy a back balcony with views.
The kitchen/dining area is equipped with all new self-catering necessities, including electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster and all dishes and crockery. A new washing machine, iron and ironing board and hair dryer are also available.
This top apartment also has a modern main bathroom with a spacious shower cubicle. Internet and WiFi is available in all rooms.
Adjacent to the kitchen there is a cozy TV room leading to a beautiful terrace with magnificent country and sea views. One can enjoy a pleasant evening watching the beautiful sunset while having dinner outside on the terrace.
This property is on the 3rd floor of a block of just 3 apartments. Although there is no lift, the stairs are quite comfortable to use. The owners live in the apartment at 2nd floor and will be pleased to help you in any way possible.
Zebbug is a cute village only 5 min drive to Gozo capital Victoria and even closer to the beautiful bay of Xwejni, famous for its salt pans and very popular with scuba divers. Close by is Marsalforn bay lined up with many restaurants and pubs. At Zebbug you may enjoy Francesco’s pizzeria or Santa Maria’s Band club rooftop restaurant and also The View Bar -Kitchen at the village square, all within walking distance from the penthouse. Also, a few meters away from our apartment, there is a new modern playground for kids, with some outdoor fitness equipment for adults too.
Public transport to shops and restaurants at Victoria and other villages is also easily reachable. Ferry from mainland Malta runs throughout the day and night (more frequent during day time). The Gozo ferry terminal is about 10km away from us.
We have taken extra health and hygiene measures to ensure that your safety is our priority and hence we only accept Covid-19 vaccinated guests. This does not apply to children under 12 years.

Cozy & charming place with stunning views

Cozy, charming place with all you need to have a great stay. Penthouse offers stunning views and is well equipped with amenities. Lino and Liz (hosts) are friendly and helpful. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

5 stars are not enough!

This fantastic penthouse is located in the charming hilltop village of Zebbug. The penthouse has one of the best views you could find in Gozo, where you can almost see the entirety of the island! The apartment was immaculately clean, very bright, spacious, and extremely comfortable, equipped with everything one might need. The owners are lovely and live in the same building so the communication with them was absolutely superb. If we could give the penthouse more than five stars, we would!

Great place for a stay in Gozo

We loved staying at the apartment with the nice 180° view from the terrace. You can see a lot of Gozo from there and we enjoyed having a lovely barbecue and all our breakfasts out there. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, even a little welcoming snack in the fridge. Both Lino and Lizz showed us the apartment and explained everything. They gave us written information in German (restaurant recommendations, supermarkets, sightseeing tipps- they have it in different languages). It was quite romantic there as a couple, but I think staying with children is nice, too. You have to pay extra for electricity (like in many places). For us it was 30 cents per kw/h. Parking with the rental car was easy at the street right where the apartment is. We loved staying there and when we return to Gozo want to stay there again.

Comfortable Apartment with Excellent Views.

My wife and I spent a comfortable and peaceful week at the apartment. Lino and Liz were perfect hosts and were very helpful and friendly. The property was quite difficult to find and we should have accepted their offer to phone them from the square by the church for them to meet us and to show us the way. The apartment is the top one of three. Access entails climbing the stairs, which was not a problem, and there is an ingenious and powerful electronic pulley system which makes it easy to move suitcases and heavy loads. We were made welcome and were delighted to receive a splendid welcome pack of goodies, including milk, bread and delicious homemade Easter cakes. The view from the large rooftop balcony was absolutely superb and very memorable. The apartment was clean, well equipped and generally comfortable. We felt that the settee was quite hard, but we rarely sat on it, so it wasn't a problem. We also felt that bedside mats would have added to our comfort. Also, we found that, if we had successive showers, we had to be sparing with the hot water to ensure that there was sufficient. These were minor issues, however, and we were very well pleased with our choice of accommodation and would happily recommend it to others.

Saubere Ferienwohnung

Das Appartement war sauber und hat eine schöne Dachterrasse mit schöner Aussicht.Leider fehlten die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse auf den Bildern wurde aber damit geworben. Mit den Parkplätzen ist es sehr schwer und eng ,wenn man spät nach Hause kommt kann man schon mal 10-20 min suchen und weit laufen.In den Sommermonaten von Juni bis September muss man damit leben können, dass um 8 Uhr und um 13Uhr und um 23 Uhr Ihre Salutkanonen und sogar manchmal Nachts um 1:30 Uhr mit Feuerwerk geknallt wird. Aber das gehört nun mal zu Ihrer Tradition.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Kommentare. Auf der Terrasse stehen immer Dachgartenstühle zur Verfügung. Während der Woche des örtlichen Dorffestes Mitte August kann es sein, dass die Parkplätze in der Nähe begrenzt sind, da Auswärtige kommen, um sich das Feuerwerk anzusehen. Es gibt jedoch einen Parkplatz innerhalb von 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß.

Tout était parfait

Foncez les yeux fermés sur cette location. Tout est parfait. Les propriétaires sont adorables (frigo rempli de gentilles attention à notre arrivée, toujours une petite attention pour nos enfants, nombreuses informations données en français, etc.) et ont parfaitement équipé leur appartement. Si besoin de quoi que ce soit, ils sont juste en dessous. Le sunset depuis la terrasse est juste waouh et tout est fait pour vous faire aimer cette sublime île qu’est Gozo. Un grand bravo et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci pour tout
