We're so glad your trip was a success and the condo was a great fit. The parking passes are not ideal but a HOA and County requirement. Thanks for being so understanding and patient with the parking situation. Hope we have the opportunity to host you again!

While we appreciate constructive input, many of the concerns shared here—such as the patio, stove burners, and beach conditions—were not mentioned during your stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to address them in real time. That said, we responded immediately when you reported the smoke detector issue, and worked to resolve it as quickly as possible. We also want to note that the property is accurately described in our listing, including occupancy, HOA rules, and the location’s beach access. As for communication, we use a dedicated team to respond quickly and consistently, and we're sorry if that felt impersonal. We do our best to strike the right balance between being available and respecting guest privacy—including for in-person visits, which are rare and only done when necessary. We appreciate you staying with us and will continue working to improve based on all guest feedback.

This is not a true review, unfortunately. The guest was upset the dishwasher did not work so we scheduled a time to go and fix the dishwasher. Confirmed via text with her boyfriend. When we arrived, their friend who was not on the guest list would not allow us to enter. She did not trust we were the property management company. The main contact, Raychelle, did not inform her friend we were coming to fix the dishwasher. The next day, her boyfriend came to the office to discuss the options to fix the dishwasher. So once again we called appliance repair to reschedule. This unfortunately takes time and the time slot available was not convenient for them. However, they were still upset the dishwasher did not work. They did not give us a chance to fix on both attempts. What else could we have done to make them happy? The HOA that this home is located in, passed a new rule that only 1 vehicle is guaranteed for vacation rentals. They issued this rule on 5/31/2022. They did not give us much time to react. The HOA rules and employees are separate from us, we cannot control them or their interaction with the guests. The dishwasher finally was figured out the third time the technician came and has since been replaced. We are never combative, we just wanted to fix the dishwasher since they called, texted and showed up at our office to talk about the dishwasher. We just wante dto make them happy and get the dishwasher fixed but they wouldn't allow us to fix it. Quite annoying is all...
