Surrounded by forest by close to trails and town, this home is a lovely retreat for families and groups looking to relax. The living room has plenty of seating around the gas fireplace, or enjoy soaking in your own private hot tub as you breathe in Sunriver's characteristic fresh air. The super spacious full kitchen features full-size appliances and enough counter space for everyone to help cook. Guests who need to work away at some remote work can do so at the desk workspaces (complete with monitors) in the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom. The other two bedrooms lie downstairs, along with a second living room that features the home's private foosball table. During their stay, guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, sauna, tennis court, and more.

Perfect family vacation

We had another fantastic family vacation at Mt. Rose 6. The house has everything you need to just relax and enjoy Sunriver. This is the second time we have been there and each time we have not been disappointed. I really love the mountain views and beautiful light (both morning and evening). The house is super clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and everything you need to cook large meals. Lots of bikes, fun ping-pong table and hot tub. It’s nice to be close to the North Store, but also away from the busier parts of Sunriver. There is a train that runs close by regularly, but that doesn’t bother us much.

Lovely home but hot tub was not usable due to lack of maintenance

The home itself was lovely. Lots of bikes, and the ping pong and foosball table were a lot of fun. Aside from the hot tub issues, we enjoyed our stay. However, not being able to use the hot tub was a big disappointment especially because we specifically booked this home due to it having a hot tub. The hot tub was not maintained, we called the hot tub maintenance company they had posted and they told us they no longer service the home, and asked us to take the sign down (which we didn’t because it’s not our home). So it was very disappointing! The chemicals were very off. I wouldnt book the home again due to this issue. If the hot tub was usable, I’d definitely would rate it 4 stars but it was a huge disappointment!

Beautiful home!

The house was very clean when we arrived. Nice main level master off the kitchen/living area. The Foosball and ping pong tables downstairs were super fun! Especially for the adults 😉...the hot tub was turned on and ready when we got there which was great, and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Great house and location!

This was a very nice, clean home in a quiet neighborhood. A lot of the nearby homes are full-time owners. There is a nice grocery store and gas station within walking distance which had anything you may need. The main village and SHARC is a couple miles away, actually about 5-10 minute drive via Highway 97 (the south exit). The house does involve a lot of stairs, you walk up stairs to front door, then either up the stairs to main area, or down stairs to lower living area. No problem for us, just something to be mindful of, and we appreciated the separation of space with 2 couples and a baby. The kitchen was well stocked with any pots/pans and cookware you may need. Tons of glassware, dishes, small appliances, etc. There is even an air fryer and waffle maker. The appliances included a JennAir range which has a griddle on one side of the gas cooktop, a little dated but worked fine. A nice assortment of spices was also provided. We even found a high chair which came in handy for our young grandson. All of the beds were comfortable, the master suite with a king bed is on the main level and the other two bedrooms (one king, one queen) are on the bottom floor. The couch in the bottom living area I think has a sleeper in it but we never looked too closely there but noticed extra sheets. Also a laundry room and a full bath w/bathtub on bottom floor. There is a half-bath on the main level (in addition to the master bathroom w/shower) which is nice if hosting guests. There is a wood stove on the bottom floor with lots of wood provided although we never used that. Main heat is a furnace which worked great throughout the house and there was also a gas fireplace in the main living room which heated up as well. We were there in February so no need for the lack of A/C, which might be a little warm in the summer. Downstairs had a foos ball table in a small living room area, in the garage was a ping pong table and a lot of bikes in various sizes. The hot tub on the deck was nice, chemicals were fine. However, it is small and fit two adults nicely and would accommodate four but that would be pretty cozy. The cover is very heavy, probably waterlogged and maybe frozen. There were also 8 SHARC passes, which we did use the indoor pool once, but they limit capacity so we had to go there in person about an hour before the session to register, not sure if you could do it on-line or not, for some reason we couldn't. The indoor pool there is mostly designed for kids with a lot of smaller play areas in shallow water. No complaints about this house and area whatsoever. These homes are a little on the expensive side when you add in all the fees by the booking agents and Sunriver, but well worth the cost for a special weekend.
