Beautiful newly renovated 4 bedrooms beach house with 2 pools, newly updated kitchen, and new air conditioning in all bedrooms, living room and dinning room. Just 20 mins. from the International Airport, 30 mins. from SURF CITY La Libertad & 45 minutes from San Salvador. This is a private beachfront Rancho, featuring a small and large pool, kitchen, coconut trees, and hammocks to enjoy the view and relax, breeze and sound of the ocean from our two-level cabana. The sunsets and sunrises are amazing; the fresh local fish, simply unbeatable! Now with hot water showers, TV in master bedroom. A 4th bedroom can be available for an extra fee. Free Wi-Fi.

Relaxing private beach with private ocean access, two level gazebo and pool to enjoy, plenty of natural landscape including coconut trees and lush green grass. The home is fully equipped featuring fully stocked kitchen, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave, blender, refrigerators, propane gas stove and oven and outdoor grill.. Just bring your food and charcoal. Sleep comfortably in spacious bedrooms with A/C, and feel at home in the open concept living and dining areas which have A/C. Don’ forget your swimwear and be sure to relax in the beautiful well taken care pool with outdoor showers. Check-in 4pm and check-out 2pm.

Upon request, our caretaker may be available to maximize your rest and relaxation while staying. Be sure to ask about fees in which cooking and laundry are taken care of for your party!

- The water at the house is “well water” (electric pump) used for bathrooms and kitchen. We highly recommend you buy bottled water from the grocery store to use for drinking and cooking during your stay. A 5 gallon bottle costs around $6.00.
- Please be aware that the typical construction in El Salvador, especially at the beach is concrete and tile flooring which tends to be slippery, please dry your self when exiting the pool/beach and before entering the house to avoid any slip and fall.
This property has security cameras at main entrance parking area and beach side. A 4th bedroom is available at extra charge.

Amazing house perfect vacation

The house is amazing the host is attentive and nice we enjoyed every second. The house is well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable the pool is nice and the views and beach front are the best of the best. We will definitely be back and recommend it to any future guests. Also the care takers are nice and sweet.

The property is beautiful. Very spacious for me and my family. Would book again. Only problem no dinning places and a lot of street dogs. After visiting the city learned that’s normal. Direct beach access and pool was amazing.

The house had more ac units than any house i've rented in any country. Carlos, Luis, and Johana were great. The house is on a 3 mile long sandy beach. We saw some baby turtles in the mornings. eat at the public macelon where the locals hang out. more food for less dollars. You could get any thing you wanted right there on the road in front of the house the bread guy, veggi truck,pots pans brooms shaved ice,tortillias propane water etc. And every house is a store or papusa stand And then there is the ring game luis should be getting good at it by now, and can show you how to play. The pool was clean and beautiful and the raised look out on the beach was awesome the location is perfect close to the airport but far enough from the city so it is mellower than other places like tunco, sury city nobody is going to try to sell you anything except maybe a fish or shrimp which were awesome.the neighbors next door are fishermen, so thats as fresh as it gets. All the beds were nice new firm quality mattresses. With the hot water in the shower and ac not only in the bedrooms but in the living room,and kitchen this is probably nicer than any place ive rented in central america, Mexico. We always felt safe lots of security. The drivers were just as bad as every where else. So dont be afraid to go check el salavador out everyone we interacted with were nice frendly laughed at my crappy spanish The pepole are great. just go jump in

It was wonderful! Pool was clean, beach was great for the kids (lots of seashells!) and the best part was the kitchen and living room being air conditioned. It was great at night to be able to hang out without sweating so much and mosquitos. The rooms were spacious. The property managers were friendly and helpful too! Would def stay here again!

The house was beautiful, the grounds were well kept, and Yoanna and Luis were very helpful. Luis even helped my kids get down some fresh coconuts! I can’t put into words how beautiful the setting is. The beach is amazing, although we did have a scary incident were myself and my teenaged children were swept out and caught in a riptide. When we were unable to swim in I screamed for help as loud as I could and Luis and Yoanna came running as well as the neighboring fishermen. Without their rescue it would have been a very different trip. All that to say practice caution in the ocean! To sum it up, beautiful house, great location, just be careful in the ocean
