In the heart of ROMAINVILLE and not far from the town hall and the city center, this 2-room apartment of 40m2 is ideal for a short stay to visit Paris or for a business trip.
Located on the 5th floor with elevator of a recent building, with the latest energy and security standards, you will be seduced by its charm.
Close to transport (bus) and 2 minutes walk from the future Place Carnot metro (opening June 2024).

You can stay for 4 people with a convertible sofa in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom.
The apartment has a new fully equipped kitchen.
This is located close to transport (buses) and a 2-minute walk from the future Place Carnot metro which goes directly to the center of Paris in 20 minutes.
Many shops are located nearby, a supermarket, a post office, a cinema, a bakery and restaurants less than 5 minutes away.
The apartment is also located next to a 25-hectare protected forest, ideal for an ecological walk on its magnificent suspended walkway.
Parking spaces are free near the building.
