This newly built modern home is a perfect place to stay when you want to get away to wine country.
It features 3 bed/2 bath, large living area, a kitchen with all the amenities and a gorgeous deck to enjoy Sonoma County weather.
It is minutes from incredible walking trails around Spring Lake and some of the best mountain biking/ hiking trails at Trione-Annadel state park.
Take a beautiful drive 10 min to Kenwood or 25 min to the town of Sonoma to taste some of the best wines in the world.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We loved this property. It worked great for two couples, very clean and comfortable. The location worked perfectly for our winery tour. We'd definitely stay here again.

My stay

Very nicely decorated, clean and fully equipped. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Ive stayed there twice and would stay again. A larger tv in the main room would be nice

Perfect three bedroom getaway

Great stay. Very clean, modern, like new. No amenities missing. Outdoor patio and gas fireplace was awesome! Owner was perfect....even brought us some treats!

nice place to stay in Santa Rosa, easy to get uber/lyfts into downtown. firepit outside is nice but the quiet hours are a little ridiculous because there's a lot of street noise.

Very nice home

We stayed several days and enjoyed the many great features of the house. It was conveniently located for wineries, the Peanuts museum, shopping, etc. It is on a busy street so the beautiful deck is not quiet, but walking to the lake out the back is quite beautiful. Overall it’s a very nice home.

We had a fabulous time in Santa Rosa. Clean, very well organized home. Loved the kitchen and the BBQ. We had an issue with check in but other then that it was a great place.

Great little property!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding and this property was in close proximity to all of the events we attended (in Santa Rosa and in the surrounding vineyards). We loved that the property backed onto Howarth and Spring Lake park. We went for walks there every morning and the trail network was endless. We also ran into the owner of the property who was gardening in the backyard. She was so lovely and welcoming to the area!

Calistoga Wedding

Beautiful, CLEAN, rental! We were there with 2 other couples for a wedding. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed and the owner even stopped by with a some beautiful ( and delicious) pastries. Stove quit just before our arrival and the owner scrambled to get the part to fix it. Def would rent again if we’re in the area.

The accommodation was great with many extra touches which was lovely. The owner, who lives in the upper part of the house was very nice and helpful, even leaving some delicious cakes for us by the door which was very kind. Although the owner living on site was not a problem at all, it would have been nice to have known this before booking, we thought we were renting the entire house instead of one floor. It did have its own entrance and was completely private, though. The terrace was very nice with a fire pit and BBQ, an umbrella or shading would have been welcomed as it was 100° during our stay and it was in direct sunlight most of the day. The house is on a busy road so there is some traffic noice. Overall we had a very good experience and would stay there again.

Wanted to Love it - Left Feeling Mixed - Overpiced?

So first the good: Check in, communication was excellent, grill and large outdoor deck were nice along with furniture and the property is newly built restroom and bedroom right size and lots of light. Now some concerns: The first issue with deck there are four windows from upstairs looking down on you. No where in the post does it state there are owners / other rentals on site in an attached property. Overlooking that would be okay except we heard people walking back and forth loudly over head at 8:15 on a Sunday morning when we just wanted to quietly sleep in. The first day when we walked out onto the deck, we found a poster stapled outside telling us that we needed to be absolutely quiet and inside by 9 PM. It also advised that if there was any noise the sheriffs would evict you which is actually incorrect. It would never happen so don’t post threats. We did stay inside, the road noise was too loud to talk over and you could clearly hear the noise inside though all windows closed. So it was ironic that occupants are threatened to be quiet when road noise clearly drums out any noise. Hopefully there can be a revision / suggestion just asking people to be mindful of neighbors in a positive way. My guess the noise threats are due to the other property on sight on view of the deck ? Would we return? Mixed… it was clean had all of what was needed to make a stay welcoming inside. The pictures make the deck seating a huge selling point, misleading guests about the other property on site didn’t sit well at the price we paid. Sorry hope this helps. Much better property in a cold winter when deck noise / restrictions are unimportant. It can be a great property with some tweaks / flexibility on the owner’s part.

Great spot for a pleasant stay.

This place was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, and easy. It was good we had a car, not a ton within walking distance but we didnt mind. We did a few trips into wine country and this was an excellent location. We needed a little help with the fire table and the owner responded immediately. Great stay!
