Bear Paw Bridge is our personal family owned vacation retreat — a home we've poured care into and love sharing with guests like you. To keep it that way, all bookings require a signed renter agreement within 24 hours of booking, sent via link, to confirm your reservation. A minimum age 25 to book, driver's license copy, matching profile photo and name, full guest list details, and a $200 security deposit hold are required. Guests must meet all of our stated booking and house requirements, and refunds will not be provided for broken house rules or bookings that do not meet these requirements. For same-day last-minute bookings, 4pm check-in cannot be guaranteed and will depend on the cabin's readiness, though we'll always do our best to get guests in as soon as possible.
We keep the cabin in great shape and items may occasionally be refreshed or updated between stays. We maintain everything to the highest standard, but like any home, occasional and unpredictable issues can arise with appliances, utilities, or systems, and we can't offer refunds for circumstances outside our control. Bear Paw Bridge is located in a wooded natural setting with wildlife, so seasonal bugs, spiders, webbing, and some dust in areas of the cabin may be present despite regular pest control and maintenance. If anything ever comes up during your stay, just reach out and we'll do everything we can to make it right. For the safety of our guests and our home, a security camera with audio/video capabilities is installed on the exterior near the driveway and front porch of the property.
