This house was absolutely gorgeous! It was so pretty, spacious, well decorated and SO CLEAN! We stayed the night before my sister’s wedding and we were able to get our hair and makeup done the morning-of in the various sitting areas of the house because of all the abundant sunlight! I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would stay again :)

WOW! What a great find. My girlfriend and I returned to our childhood home town area (Hamilton, MA for us) for a quick meet up with other friends. Denise has this cute upstairs apartment beautifully decorated, exceptionally equipped and she personally was super responsive to our couple of questions. It's also in a terrific location being just a short distance to town and the professional landscaping makes the whole place pop!My friend said she felt like she was staying in a Crate & Barrel store if that tells you anything.We will definitely stay here again.Lisa and Judi

This was a wonderful find! The second floor apartment was exactly as Denise described, clean and beautifully updated, the perfect size for us with two bedrooms. The kitchen was plentifully equipped, even had sharp food-prep knives (a rare thing in most places). The house is located on a busy street, but she even thought to have white-noise machines in both bedrooms to lessen the sound of traffic. As listed, it was very close to town (restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations) and a short, scenic drive to Crane Beach and Gloucester. A definite 10/10!!

Perfect Place for our Family Stay

We loved this property. It had all we needed for our stay on the North Shore. We loved how everything was set up for our stay. Our kids enjoyed playing the board games in between outings. We enjoyed Russel Orchards and Appleton Farms and loved our time in Ipswich. Great gratitude for such a lovely stay.

In fact, you will be right around the corner from our neighborhood when you go to Marini Farm for fresh produce and baked goods. We are very involved in our community with my Windhill Real Estate business and my husband, Nishan, having been a town selectman for the past several years. We immediately fell in love with the lovely gardens, convenient location and historic charm of this 1880 Victorian home. It reminded us of some of the New England Bed and Breakfasts one might see along the coast.
