Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart
Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.
The Golf Cart will be parked in Spot #15. Do NOT park golf cart in car spaces or you will be fined. Only park in spot #15.

Coastline Real Estate & Property Management Group, LLC may remove any person from the premises at any time for safety of Guest and/or for protection of the Owner’s property. Upon any early termination, the pro-rated unused occupancy term shall be refunded to Guest.
