Let the refreshing and rejuvenating mountain air welcome you to the getaway of a lifetime! This second-floor condo plus loft comes equipped with all the conveniences of a home and is ideal for your next family vacation no matter the season you decide to visit.

Admire outstanding views of the surrounding hills that are beautiful in both the summer and winter from your private balcony, which happens to be equipped with a convenient outdoor dining area for meals al fresco. The living area is as cozy as it looks with a gas fireplace and a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. When mealtime comes around, the fully-equipped kitchen has all the appliances needed to fix mouth-watering meals! The chef of the group will be delighted by the French-door fridge, Espresso maker, French press, stove, oven, dishwasher, and so much more!

The first level also features a stackable washer/dryer, an office with a large roll-top desk with a solid oak chair, the main bedroom with an en-suite full bath, and a full bath in the hallway. There is a comfortable bed in the loft area upstairs that has an open semi-private setting, a full closet and dresser, chair, and privacy foliage.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
