Direkt gegenüber der Warm Springs Road befindet sich der örtliche YMCA und an der Ecke von Saddle und Warm Springs befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle und ein Transferzentrum zum Tal. River Run und Warm Springs liegen beide nur wenige Kilometer entfernt für Skifahrer, Snowboarder und Wanderer. Ketchum ist zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet viele Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Sun Valley bietet auch viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen, Einkaufen und Unterhaltung. Very nioce Condo in Sun Valley. Quiet and very comforatable. Just a. few minute drive to either ski lodge. Plenty of towels and supplies. Very nice stay. Could easily handle a family of six with beds and two baths.

Excellent location, great house

We loved staying here. It was close to town, the bus line, Warm Springs, Grumpy's and so many other places. The rooms were small but comfortable and there is plenty of common area space.

For the price it is good. Place is as advertised. Nothing fancy. decent place to stay, but not "nice". It has electrical switches but they seem oddly placed... Has most of the utensils and spices that are customary... but not all... pretty basic and adequate. not great and not bad either. If you are just looking for a small place with beds and a kitchen and bathroom, this will do. if you are looking for a nicer place then maybe not this one.

The location is great for a ski trip. The place is small, but in great condition. The bunk beds would be great for kids, but if you're trying to pack in more than one adult, those are not as nice for adults to sleep in. Was a great place to stay for the price

The beds were comfortable. Furniture was pretty worn. Not a Kleenex or a paper towel in the place, but lots of bath towels. The primary bedroom needs an outlet by the bed, maybe a plug in a lamp? The kids liked the bunk bed arrangement. Good water pressure!

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this very seriously and want to clarify what was done to address the issue. Upon receiving the report, we contacted the guest immediately and arranged to be at the unit first thing the following morning. Our team replaced the power strip behind the TV, removed unnecessary wiring along with outdated VCR and DVD equipment, and properly rewired the TV cables. Any excess cable was neatly coiled and secured under the cabinet. We tested and confirmed that the Wi-Fi was active and functioning correctly before leaving the unit. In addition, we replaced the master bedroom power strip to provide safer connections, including extra outlets and USB ports. Once the work was completed, we notified the guest and shared photos for confirmation. We appreciate the feedback, as it allowed us to promptly correct the situation and ensure the unit is safe and fully functional for future guests.

Comfortable, great location

Very close to town. Very clean. Nice amenities. As described. Mostly very quiet. For us, it would have been nice to have an electric kettle or teapot for pouring boiling water, a bedside table on both sides of the master bed, and neighbors who obeyed the rules and did not park in the one spot allocated to the unit.

just a couple things

A hairdryer or two would be really nice. The light bulbs In the downstairs bathroom (2 of 3) were burned out. Instructions for the fireplace would e appreciated - I turned the fan and the switch on the FP off, but it was still on when we had to leave. Otherwise, it was great, thank you!

This house is not worth the money. No rugs at front door even during winter, no coat rack or coat closet, nowhere to put shoes, skis, boots, no side tables in living room or bedrooms, high top dining table with regular height dining chairs, not enough dishes, one ice cube tray and cheap shower curtain liners. They need to put a some money into the place before they ask the amount they want to rent. Not worth the price.

It was COLD!

Overall, the place was nice and clean. Great location. However, we were not told that there was NO heat downstairs that the downstairs heat was turned off and the main source of heat being the heated fire place was broken and they were waiting on parts. It was frigid. We had to wear coats and gloves downstairs while using our computers for work. The people we called just brushed us of and said there was « ample heat » for the unit. We only had heat for upstairs. When we walked downstairs the from the heated part the cold just slapped you in the face. It was 30 degrees down there.

Beautiful view

We loved the location of this condo. However we were not prepared for the lack of central air. Not the owners fault, I just didn’t even think about it. And we did happen to be there one of the hottest days of the year. We do wish they had left more toilet paper for our stay. Overall a nice place.
