Chalet New 10 People With spa and heated swimming pool in the quiet and natural

Located in the valley of Thann, at the start of the wine route with its famous vineyard of Rangen, our new 240 m2 chalet is located in a green and calm.

This chalet for 10 people, ideal for stays with family or friends, will allow you a true immersion in nature, surrounded by large green spaces, on the edge of a private pond, with a magnificent view of one of the highest peaks of Alsace: the THANNERHUBEL.

Completed in 2023, entirely built by ourselves, this chalet has been designed to bring you all the comfort, luxury and calm you will need. This modern chalet is composed of spacious spaces, with high-end facilities. With a large kitchen, American type, a kitchen piano and a marble worktop open onto the dining room and living room.

Unique in the valley, this chalet has an exceptional exterior layout, entirely private, on two levels:
- a terrace of 70 m 2, on the same level of the kitchen and dining room, with barbecue large capacity and also a big jacuzzi 10 people and a petanque field,
- on the lower floor, with access from the terrace by means of a wooden staircase, a large heated swimming pool (from beginning of Mai to late September) with overflow beach and counter-current swimming that will delight young and old. You can walk around our private pond, observe carp and trout or read quietly at the edge of this pond.

The chalet is also the ideal starting point for a multitude of hiking or cycling tours. (Rental available on request). The chalet has a parking space of at least 4 vehicles.

Finally, in light of our environmental concerns, we have equipped our cottage with a Canadian well to bring freshness in the summer. We also installed solar panels to power the electrical systems and limit our carbon footprint as much as possible.
