***The two bedroom two bathroom condo is a top floor end unit that has it's own private balcony overlooking the 9th hole green of the Greg Norman Golf course. This complex does not have an elevator but is only two levels of stairs to the 3rd floor.

There is also a new sofa sleeper that pulls out into a queen size bed located in the living room.

This END UNIT is on the top third floor, which offers lots of privacy and cathedral ceilings in the living room.
