Private and Safe Retreat

My whole family enjoyed our trip. It was great to have two main suites and the backyard was very private with a lovely nature view. We felt very safe in the gated community and would certainly return again. Thank you for a lovely and relaxing stay.

Clermont stay for The Spring Games NCAA Softball

Great stay. Good location. Only complaint is the house needs a larger hot water heater. We had to time out our showers in order to have hot showers.

Great stay

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this home during thanksgiving. The house is well suited for a large group, as there are four bedrooms - two with en suite bathrooms. The house was clean and well stocked with all the essentials. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive.

Perfect for us!

Great house! Plenty of space and comfy beds. The house was clean and has a nice flow with a great outdoor space with a pool. It is about 20 minutes from Disney which we found just right for us. Super convenient to shopping and it is nice to have a great place to get away to after a long day at the parks. Highly recommend.

Magnificent Markham Home

We have been coming down to Clermont quite often, and this is the best home so far that we have rented. It is modern, very clean, and has plenty of room. The hosts have made sure that it safety conscious for small children, which we really appreciated. We had a lot of fun in the pool, which has a fence around it. The area is convenient for local restaurants and a trip to Disney. We would definitely like to stay there again.

2nd time here just as great!

Perfect place for us while doing the theme parks. Having four bedrooms and a pool makes this house an oasis because we cannot handle theme parks/hotels. 24-7! About 25 minute drive to Disney is completely fine. House is very clean and beds are super comfortable. It gave our family of five space to spread out and have alone time in a week of theme park overstimulation! Owner is very responsive!

A fabulous getaway, a true home away from home...

My fiance and adult daughter stayed for 12 days in this beautiful home. The house was immaculate, everything felt fresh and new, and the decor was open and inviting. The pool was amazing, the neighborhood peaceful, and the view was private and lush. The beds were very comfortable and that has been a problem for my and my daughter's tastes elsewhere (bad backs). The hosts were extremely responsive to any communication sent. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in getting away, staying close but not too close to the "park" action. Already looking to begin planning for a return visit!

Clean, Comfortable, and Quiet

This property is exactly as advertised, which was a pleasant surprise. It is probably the cleanest rental we have ever visited and we were very happy with the accommodations. We did a 4 day trip to celebrate a 75th birthday and our family consisted of 7 people from the ages 3-75. The pool area was private and gated and we were pleased to see that the doors to the lanai had handles high up and out of reach of little hands. I would recommend this house to anyone and we will definitely rent it again in the future. Michelle was wonderfully understanding and communicative , if you’re in the fence about renting this place - go for it!

Michelle went above and beyond to assist us after our flight was cancelled and we arrived late.

Michelle is a fantastic host, she was responsive and thorough with every aspect of the rental. We had issues with flight cancellations and rescheduling due to illness and she was more than accomodating. In fact, she offered us a refund on our first night because of a flight cancellation, beyond her control obviously, in an attempt to make our stay enjoyable. In the end, we were able to add a day on the backend which greatly helped us out. House was clean, well equipped with modern appliances, and has a nice pool with a very comfortable outdoor patio. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and close to many amenities. Loved it and would definitely book it again!!!!

Very welcoming

I usually do Airnb. However, decided to try something different. I must say this property was one of the bestest and secured property. You could smell the cleanliness when you open the door. The interior and outside was beautiful and clean. Nice furniture, rooms, and TV. The kitchen is beautiful. There is a game room the kids and us loved. The pool area has furniture, canopy, lights, and grill. Pool is a nice size. I also loved the king rooms with their own bathrooms. The kids room was nice and had three beds. The host Michelle is very good with communication and responding promptly(A+). She also provides all the information you need. I will definitely be in touch in the future to book again. We loved our stay. Very welcoming and felt like home. 😄
