The house is ideally located near the Jardin d'Acclimatation and the Fondation Louis Vuitton, close to the Roland-Garros stadium and the famous Château de Versailles.

The front door of this 220m² house opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space with a sitting area equipped with a very comfortable sofa.

Perfect for up to 7 people, this two-storey air-conditioned house guarantees optimal comfort in summer, cooling all areas.

The fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals just like at home. You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room.

There are four well-appointed bedrooms: a top-floor master suite with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with two single beds, and another with a single bed, each with its own bathroom. Hotel-quality bed linen is provided.

Work areas are at your disposal, perfect for those who work remotely.

The dining room, with its large table for six, gives access to a vast outdoor terrace equipped with a plancha, ideal for enjoying long summer evenings with the family. The hidden garden adds a unique touch to this convivial space.

The five bathrooms are equipped with everything you need for your stay.

The house is professionally cleaned between stays.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Boulogne Jean Jaurès, (line 10), is just a 9-minute walk.

CDG and Orly Airports are approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
