This luxurious 3Br/2Bath top floor penthouse is brimming with amenities! Located in a secure gated complex on 5th avenue just one block from the crystal clear Caribbean waters. This expansive penthouse has vaulted ceilings and new AC units in every room. Enjoy the incredible breeze and privacy unique to the top floor units. Relax in the loungers on the condo balcony in the provided His and Hers bathrobes or reenergize by the pool and lush landscaping. We have a car available to rent handled through a local agency at a discounted rate for our rental guests, ask Star for details.

We stayed for 5 weeks. From the moment we walked in we were amazed by how clean it was and the amount of amenities and supplies that came with it. Communication with the property manager was beyond 5 stars for any of our needs. The grounds were extremely maintained and the pool was kept very clean. The location is a 3 minute walk to the sea and many restaurants and the square were less than a 10 minute walk. We will definitely keep this at the top of our list for our winter escapes.

Luxery Penthouse Cozumel

Our expectations were exceeded! The photos do not do this property justice; it is just beautiful and equipped with everything you need to have an amazing vacation. The property manager Star was easy to communicate with before and during our stay and was always quick to reply. The location makes it easy to drive to nearby beaches and attractions and an easy walk to amazing restaurants and shopping. We will be returning on our next holiday.

This is the perfect property for Cozumel. Walkable from ferry (~4 mins walk), shops, restaurants and the main strip. We didn’t have a car, but if you did it has its own parking spot in a gated area. Property is beautifully maintained & the pool is amazing. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The best place!

We had the best vacation, the place is fabulous, very cozy. We had a hurricane in the apartment and it was very well protected, it is very well located and Star was aware of everything. I am very grateful to her, the accommodation is super equipped and you can walk to the downtown.

Great location, wonderful condo complex

The condo complex was in close proximity to restaurants, snorkeling, groceries and had a grounds crew that worked hard to keep the pool area and surrounding lawns neat and tidy. This unit provided everything we needed to have a wonderful month in Cozumel. While a BBQ would have been a nice add, the kitchen was well appointed and had all tools necessary to make up any meals. With the wonderful selection of restaurants close by it was easy and tempting to grab most dinners out. Comfy beds, large eating area and many extras made this a relaxing home away from home! The Property Manager Star was fantastic, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed and readily available to offer any questions we had.

We really liked the decor and spaciousness of the condo. It was well maintained and comfortable. The smart TV was a welcome touch for our kids and the water dispenser kept us from having to but and transport lots of potable water to the condo. The water temperatures were hard to maintain, going from very hot to cool during showers and washing dishes. The "safe" was a locking cabinet that didn't work. The sliding doors and windows wouldn't lock. The light switches in the master stopped working and started to fall apart. Luckily, we didn't get broken into during our stay. Overall, we had a nice stay, but the condo needs some maintenance.

Terrific little secret on the North side of town

This is a quality property, approximately 1 mile/1.5KM from the airport. It is on the North side of town - the community is quite modern but the area of town is much more local than touristy. (The touristy "action" is a short walk away - close enough to enjoy - but far enough to enjoy some peace after a good day of diving.) One block off the ocean-front strip, the location was terrific for us, close to several dive shops, which was exactly what we wanted. (Dive shops marina on the south side of town - but several of them have offices on the North side an easy walk from this property.)What was "most awesome" about this place was the fact that the owners/hosts have decided to leave in the unit all of the "extras" that previous guests have left behind. Bags, coolers, towels etc., the property was just incredibly well stocked with the things that you MIGHT need and MIGHT have forgotten. As a frequent traveler - I appreciated this from the owners/hosts, even though I didn't need "extras."The kitchen had all of the usual amenities and quite a few extras.Located at the top of the building, bugs/insects etc., were a non-issue in this property. The master bedroom bed was comfortable - if perhaps a smidge on the soft side. It is worth noting that there is no dishwasher, which wasn't an issue for us - but someone will be doing dishes. We are completely comfortable recommending the property and will absolutely consider it for future trips to Cozumel.

Nice Cozumel Condo

We stayed at this Las Ventanas condo at the end of January 2022. Everything was as stated on VRBO. The host, Star, was great about communicating with us before and during our stay. We have been traveling to Mexico and central American countries over the years and this was one of the most comfortable, well equipped and clean places we have stayed. Location is great also. And the complex is quiet. A big thanks to Star for the help for our stay, well done - bien hecho!
