This recently renovated home features central air (ductless mini splits throughout), an open kitchen, eating area and living room all with panoramic water views of the Great Salt Pond. The first floor offers a master suite with a king bed and full bathroom along with a second bedroom with queen bed. An additional master bedroom is located on the second floor overlooking the pond. The outdoor deck has seating for 8, or take advantage of the 6 adirondack chairs on the beautiful, lush lawn. This property boasts direct access to the Harbour Island Association beach where you can swim or enjoy the 2 kayaks provided. Come discover this hidden gem where you can walk to a private beach, or drive less than 5 miles to Narragansett Beach, Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler Beach, and Salty Brine Beach. Within minutes to local shopping, dining, the Block Island Ferry and all that coastal Rhode Island has to offer!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
