Welcome to The Belleair Estate, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom retreat situated on an expansive 2-acre waterfront lot. With over 4,200 square feet of beautifully designed living space, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and entertainment for your next vacation.

Step outside and unwind in a resort-style pool surrounded by sun loungers, a spacious outdoor kitchen, and a gas grill—perfect for hosting family barbecues. For water lovers, the private boat dock offers easy access for boating adventures or sunset views over the bay.

Spacious & Stylish Interior

Inside, the estate features multiple private balconies, ensuring every guest has a space to relax and take in the scenery. The entertainment area boasts both a poker table and pool table, creating the perfect setup for game nights. Thoughtfully furnished bedrooms provide plush bedding to ensure a restful night’s sleep after a day of fun.

Situated just 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, The Belleair Estate offers easy access to the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of one of Florida’s most iconic beaches. Whether you’re looking to unwind by the pool or explore the vibrant Gulf Coast, this home is a perfect getaway for families and friends alike.

Other Things to Note:

- PETS: pets allowed upon request and approval. Pet fee of $100 per pet will apply if approved, 2 pet maximum.
- SMOKING: absolutely no smoking in the home. Smoking in the home will result in a $500 fine
- EVENTS: Ceremonies, weddings, and events are prohibited at this property due to neighborhood restrictions and insurance reasons. We get many requests for weddings, please know that we will not be able to approve any weddings or or official ceremonies whatsoever.

This house was great for our family and friends! We had 12 total and plenty of space. The house was super clean and the property manager was very communicative and accommodating. We loved the back porch, pool area and outdoor kitchen. Highly recommend this house!

A nice place for our vacation

Our family had a wonderful stay here. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. The grandkids loved being able to share a room with their cousins. They also loved the pool and the mermaid tails. It was easy to get into the home. Excellent communication with our host.
