Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, this lovely and tastefully decorated 51m² apartment is conveniently located in the 17th arrondissement.

This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a TV to watch all your favorite shows, and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washer and ironing equipment to meet your laundry needs.

The bedroom has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Please note that when using the roll-in air conditioner, the hose must be put outside and fixed with the window to avoid damaging the parquet floor.

The apartment is located in the district of Batignolles, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
It is 1 minute from Martin Luther King Park, a very recent park, a large green dot of Paris.
You find all the supermarkets you need around (Super U, Franprix, monop) and all the necessary services (restaurants, bars, ...)
A covered market and very active shops, 2 steps from the Moulin Rouge and Montmartre, very well served by transport for all Paris, including the Champs Elysees and Grands Boulevards, Printemps & Galeries Lafayette (direct bus).

The 17th arrondissement is home to sumptuous neo-Renaissance style buildings. During your walks, you will be able to admire the architecture of the Gaillard Hotel and the Guerlain Hotel. For art lovers, visit the Henner Museum, which is dedicated to the eponymous French artist.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
