Beautiful, modern newly renovated 2 bed 2 bath near Coliseum, UNCG and many more wonderful restaurants. Coliseum is a few min walk from the property. Walk and explore everything Spring Garden street has!

This property is located 10 min from Wet n’ Wild and Greensboro Science museum.

2 bedrooms with king beds in each and a twin sleeping arrangement in one bedroom. The reading nook in the green bedroom is so cool. Smart TVs in both bedrooms. Toys and kid friendly cutlery in place. Kitchen stocked with cookware, essential spices etc.

When you arrive, please pull up to the end of the driveway close to the stairs. Park on the driveway and go up the stairs. The unit has a smart lock to which the code will be provided. Enjoy your stay!

Perfect weekend getaway!

I was in town for an extended weekend to visit family and see a show at the Coliseum. The apartment was the perfect size and met all of our needs. The Coliseum is within short walking distance along with other shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. The host also responds quickly and is polite. I would recommend this place!

Perfect location to the pool. Nice remodeled apartment. Perfect for me and my 14 yo swimmer. The two bedroom, two bath was exactly what we needed. Owner was very helpful.

Great Place

Great cozy place to stay in Greensboro. Close to many attractions and local joints. Only concern that made me put this a 4- vs. 5-stars are the mattresses - they are extremely firm. We typically sleep on a firm mattress and the one at the residence were firmer. Other than that...it was a great place. Great stay. Property manager was quick to respond which was perfect.

New Years trip

Property was close to the coliseum, which was my reason for being there. Close to restaurants and bars, a plus also. Everything about the property was great, except that it smelled like weed so bad that we could not have the heat or air on, which made the smell worse. We had to keep windows open.

We deeply apologize for the smoke odor issue you had. We had a disrespectful guest earlier who smoked in our non smoking property and have been doing everything we can to get rid of the odor. I definitely thought it was gone until I saw this review. I would’ve appreciated, if you’d have informed me as soon as you went in and gave me an opportunity to send our cleaning crew again and remediate the issues for you.

Cute with a couple of thorns

Although cute, it was very improvised. You can tell the owner really tried to upgrade the home. The main problem we had was the front door. There wasn't any blind or curtains covering the glass door. We put up a few trash bags for privacy from the back neighbors and for security. The cleaning company didn't do such a good job before we checked in. Again cute place

I am sorry, you weren’t happy with the cleaning. I wish you let me know earlier if there were issues so I had a chance to correct them. I will surely put some blinds or a privacy film on the front door glass.

Cute place. Wouldn't reccomend.

This place was old but very clean and cute. We were forced to leave after two nights of our four night stay because the beds were so hard. I sleep on a sleep number mattress at home on set at 100 so I like hard mattress but this was worse than sleeping on the floor! After two nights my husband and I chose to cut our visit with the grandchildren short and drive back to Florida. We had already paid for the four nights so we lost our money. It was a hard decision because we hadn't seen our family in a year but we had no choice. Very disappointing.

The mattresses are medium mattresses that are used in a lot of vacation homes. I’ve had guests sing praises and request a link to buy them. I’m sorry they didn’t work for you. The stay was a 3 night stay. Unfortunately, we were not able to process any refund because the day you left our cleaners couldn’t come clean a day ahead because we were not on the schedule, so we were not able to rebook the night. I usually refund the nights I re-book even if my cancellation policy doesn’t support that.

Keep your money

Not as clean as appeared in pictures. Water lines are connected to the wrong side and it take too long to heat up.Lost power in the unit for a few hours because of the bad wiring. Raggedy blinds let the street lights shine in all night. TV only have streaming channels and renter have to use their own account, no basic channels. I believe she uses a ring doorbell to keep a eye on who’s going and coming. Gun shots heard from up the road. Not stocked with basic item such as trash bags, paper towels,etc. and no trash can outside to throw away trash. Not a clean neighborhood.

None of this is true. The power loss was out of my hands and the breaker tripping was addressed as soon as it was brought to my notice. Our cleaners do an amazing job and leave the unit spotless every time. I’m sure they provided trash bags, paper towels enough for 2-3 days. If you’re going to have a party there, the supplies might not be enough. The trash bins might have been on the curb for trash pick up.

I connact the owner about no hot water and it was not fix for a reason of gave....No matters he told me the night before I check out ,it will not be fixed..... The is a business trip and I was unable to take a hot shower to see my customers the next day..... He took 3 days to after emailing every day to tell me it would not be fixed...I ask him wht acn he do to reconcile the inconvience...he said it was not his fault Here is a busines owner pushing his risk on a customer How can VRBO help me on this matter of no hot water and was not fixed in a timely manner.....notofing me after 3 days it will not be fixed

Mixed Experience: Ideal Location with Some Drawbacks

We visited our daughter at UNC-Greensboro for the weekend, and the property's location was ideal. Something else could probably be said about the surrounding neighborhood, but that is not the property owner's fault. The property manager was very responsive and quickly replied to texts. We had an issue with the front door keypad, which we managed to fix. The unit itself was clean and served its purpose however, I must let others know of a few things that we were displeased with. First, the bed mattresses. The other reviews mentioned the beds being too firm. I like a firm mattress, but when I wake up the next morning, and my body aches in places I've never ached before, there's something wrong. These mattresses for lack of better words suck. If you enjoy a good night's sleep, this is not the place for you. Second, the bath towels were not the same as pictured. Imagine drying yourself with rags purchased from Home Depot. Very small... just a bit larger than hand towels, and about as thin as cheap paper towels. We had to go to Wal-Mart and purchase new towels for our stay. Lastly, the bedroom that shows a twin bed in the same room as the king bed was not as described. The area was a window bench and there was no mattress or bedding in that area so no one could sleep there if they wanted to.

We were terribly disappointed with this VRBO. There were dirty towels on the floor when we checked in. And I found several long curly hairs from a previous renter. The towels were not not an adequate size. The twin bed pictured is merely an air mattress on the floor. It wasn't even made up when we arrived and there were a few dead ladybugs resting on it. There is no TV in the common area, so to watch TV, everyone must pile onto one of the king beds. Additionally, the frying pan in the kitchen had to be washed several times before we used it. When I communicated with the manager after checkout, she said she could do nothing without pictures. So, if you decide to stay here, get your camera ready... I have stayed in countless VRBOs, and I have never felt the need to leave a negative review.

Great stay, will be back with the kiddos

This apartment is great for a couple, or a family with littles. The apartment was clean, cutely decorated, and well-cared for. They provided many toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and face wash. Having the full-sized washer and dryer was great and allowed us to go home without a mountain of laundry. The only thing missing? A can opener! All other utensils were provided though so I am thinking someone before us accidentally took it home or broke it without letting the owner know. We will be back!

Very close to the Events Center

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location for our son’s weekend competition at the events center. Only a 12 minute walk and a 3 minute drive. Communication was great. When we encountered a problem it was fixed very quickly. My younger ones appreciated the basket of toys. Very thoughtful to have those! Overall it was a great stay. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Nice, updated condo

Condo was clean, updated and host provided essentials as well as snacks and toiletries. The location was very accessible to many places in Greensboro. I would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Greensboro.

Excellent rental

We stayed at this apartment for the weekend because my son was wrestling at the Coliseum. It was perfect. Would definitely stay again next time we are in Greensboro.
