Summer Breeze is the perfect place to get away from it all and just relax. Situated in a quiet cove Summer Breeze has some of the best views around.

A large yard with plenty of open space for kids to run, this three bedroom home is ready for your friends and family to make memories on lake LBJ.

The upper deck is covered and spacious and is a great place to have coffee in the morning, or drinks in the evening and enjoy the beauty that Lake LBJ has to offer.

Upon entry in the home you will find a full kitchen will all of the supplies you'll need to whip up a great meal for your group. There is a table with seating for four in the kitchen as well. To the right upon entry there is a large sectional sofa, and smart tv, a great place for movies and relaxation.

The master bedroom is directly off the kitchen and has a king size bed and tv smart tv on the wall. The bathroom is in between the two upstairs bedrooms and is complete with a shower and vanity. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and is off of the living room.

After you walk out the deck and down the stairs outside you will find the entry to the first floor bedroom. The upstairs and downstairs are independent and do not connect.

Downstairs the first floor bedroom has two daybeds with trundles underneath and a queen size bed as well. A large hd tv on the wall, and a small refrigerator as well as a full bathroom. The full washer and dryer are also located in this room, stacked in a closet in the corner.

A new hot tub is just off the bottom patio!

Outside there is plenty of room to run with a large yard. There is a fire pit near the water and a dock on the water, perfect for sitting hand having drinks or doing some sun bathing.

The dock is perfect for sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing and swimming. The water in this cove is only about 4 feet deep, so it is a great place for people of all ages to swim.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 10 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
