Built on 3 levels, it consists of 3 bedrooms, including a very large air-conditioned bedroom with its own walk-in shower and a large 180 cm bed that can be separated into two single beds, the second air-conditioned bedroom has a 160 cm wide bed that can be separated into two single beds. The third bedroom is small, not air-conditioned but cool because it is located to the north: it has two single beds: it is more suitable for children or adolescents or a single adult, but is not very suitable for a couple. The fitted kitchen is equipped in particular with a 6-place dishwasher, a real oven, a microwave, a 4-burner hob, a fridge with small freezer section, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle. The air-conditioned kitchen opens onto the living room offering a view of the private terrace and the garden and equipped, among other things, with a large flat-screen TV. Free WIFI (Bouygues telecom fiber) . A washing machine is provided.
You can directly access the large Cavalaire beach 80m away, thanks to a gate with secure access. You will have a private, free parking space for one car within the residence. For any other car, free spaces exist on the street leading to the residence. Bedlinen and towels are not included in the rate but you can rent it with our conciergery service or bring your own. On the other hand, final cleaning is included in the fee.
