It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a dining room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of around 2,000 m². Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140x200)
- En-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 4: an open-plan dormitory with 3 steps in the centre of the room, including a bench that can be separated into two single beds (80x200) or combined into a double bed (160x200) and 4 single mattresses on the floor (90x190).
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, table and a stand-mounted ironer.

Outside:
- A 4mx8m swimming pool (private, heated and open from April to October)
- 2,000 m² enclosed garden facing south-west
- two terraces, one of which has furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Clohars-Carnoët, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (two vehicles) and (four vehicles) in the garden. A charging point for an electric vehicle near the garage is available at no extra charge.

- Nearest train station: Quimperlé 13 km (15 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Lorient Bretagne Sud 22 km (26 min by car)

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
