- 24/7 Assistance: Our goal is to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We do not live on the property, but you can reach us 24/7 via text if you need us for any reason.


PARKING
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


PANORAMA TRANSPORTATION
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


CONSUMABLES
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay


CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although two (x2) pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.


6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. No glass or alcohol is permitted on the pool deck.

Short get away

We liked this building and the pool amenities, but had mixed feelings about this suite. The beds and beddings were great and the layout worked well for us. We were disappointed with the view from the deck (north/highway). It was noisier than we expected, but worse, it was dirty. Didn't feel comfortable stepping out on the deck without sandles/footwear or sitting on the chairs with light colored clothes. I'm not sure the cleaners pay any attention to the deck at all. Will look for a suite with a better deck situation next time

Very disappointed

We were very disappointed with the communication from the manager of the property. Had to go to the property and to the unit to find out how we would have access to the unit, where to park etc. All the information was supposed to be forwarded to us a day prior. Then when we arrived the unit was not ready for us. Check in was to be 3 pm and we were not able to check in til 3:45 due to delay in cleaning. The overall cleanliness of the unit was horrible. Deck was incredibly dirty including the BBQ. Carpet throughout the unit was stained and dirty. We had a young child who is crawling and didn't feel comfortable allowing her to be on the floor at all. The carpet was not vacuumed prior to check in. We tried to vacuum ourselves however the vacuum did not work. Who ever was in the unit prior to us had a large black dog as there was hair all over the comforter on two of the beds. We did vacuum those with the hand held vacuum as one of our guests is allergic to large dogs/cats. The hallways and entryway carpets are heavily stained from traffic. Only one kitchen towel for dishes and few bath towels for the guests. For the price of the rental we were very disappointed in the cleanliness, lack of communication for check in and general disarray in the condo unit.

Great week

Overall the property was great. Location is hard to beat with beach nearby. Unfortunate that pool repairs not completed in time for our stay. Weather was not the best as only 2 good beach days out of 7 but the area is great with lots of other options to keep us occupied whether it was shopping, boating, hiking or relaxing. Some issues with stay but Hosts were great to work with.

Not as clean as it should be

We stayed for 2 nights in June. We were first disappointed because the pool had no water in it. Unfortunately nobody told us about that in advance as we had planned to spend some time by the pool during our stay. The condo was not as clean as it should be for our arrival. After we checked in we noticed fingerprints all over the mirror in the dining area, someone had cooked rice and the stove top wasn't cleaned. There were fingerprints all over the sliding glass door to the patio and the patio furniture was covered in dust. Thankfully we packed microban spray and wiped it down ourselves, but we weren't expecting to have to clean anything in the condo on our vacation. The baseboards in the bathrooms were dirty, mirrors streaky and what looked like water marks down the walls from condensation. If the condo had been properly cleaned we wouldn't have been disappointed, but it was impossible to overlook it.

Great location and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and the location is close to everything. The unit is well stocked with dishes and utensils along with basic condiments and food wrappings. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 2 of us and all our ski gear. Good internet and access to Netflix. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location.

The accommodations were comfortable but it has house keeping issues. We found a fair amount of dust on the top of the fridge and the oven and stove top were not cleaned very well. It took over 5 minutes to get hot water to the unit . A waste of water. And we found blood on the hallway wall and on the molding by the entrance door. All in all a comfortable place but for house keeping.

Can't wait to go back

What a seamless and wonderful experience! This unit was fully so cozy and stocked with everything we needed (+ more). We had our skis, a bunch of gear and our dog - so plenty of luggage - but there was no shortage of space. The ski hill was a quick (+ easy) drive and there were many restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend this spot for a couple, family or group of friends!
