Regarding the listing photos, the home is marketed using images intended to represent the property and its features. We take any concern about a perceived difference between the photos and the guest’s experience seriously, and we periodically review listing images to ensure they remain accurate and current. The concerns regarding odor, carpet condition, pool cleanliness, outdoor lighting, furnishings, and overall presentation have also been reviewed with the appropriate teams for follow-up. As for parking, guest count, and party-related communication, these are standard property protection and house-rule procedures designed to help prevent unauthorized gatherings and protect both the home and surrounding community. They are not intended to take priority over legitimate guest concerns. We take feedback seriously and continue to address maintenance and cleanliness items as they are identified. However, broad claims that the property was intentionally misrepresented do not fairly reflect our efforts to present and maintain the home accurately.

The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced before every arrival, and our technician confirmed they were operational prior to your check-in. When you reached out, we had a tech onsite the next morning to assist with the TVs and review the spa system. We never misrepresent our amenities and work hard to ensure everything is properly maintained for every guest. While we regret that your stay fell short of what you hoped for, your comments don’t reflect the level of care and responsiveness we consistently provide.
