Villa Valencia OPENED IN JANUARY 2022 and is located close to San Jose del Cabo on a beautiful stretch of sandy beach with multiple pools, an infinity pool at the beach edge, a "river", five restaurants and spectacular views from virtually every suite.

The unit, which combines two of our Two Bedroom Oceanfront Suites and is perfect for up to 12 guests, features four well-appointed primary bedrooms that will leave everyone in your party feeling like a VIP. Each has its own king-size bed and ensuite complete with a freestanding tub, separate walk-in shower, and dual vanity. Adding to the space is a gorgeously designed living room with modern comforts, a fully-equipped kitchen with state-of-the art appliances, a dining room, and a laundry center.

NOTE: An all-inclusive meal plan is an option available directly from the resort for anyone with a reservation but must include all persons staying in the same suite and must be for a minimum of three consecutive days. This may be arranged anytime after a reservation confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE REGARDING CANCELLATION POLICY: The VRBO algorithm does not have the flexibility to accurately convey the cancellation policy so here goes: While there are no cancellations or refunds less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, if you need to cancel more than 60 days in advance there is a $250 cancellation fee from the resort which I will have to pass on to you but otherwise you will get the remainder of your payment fully returned..
