This is a Ski Lease for 2022 Ski season, 3 months minimum, may add 1 or 2 additional months, available Jan. 2 until May 31, 2022. Will offer a discount for 4th and 5th month. Please contact the owner if you would like to discuss or need flexibility in your dates.

Ski Chalet with all the modern comforts, spacious lofted ceiling main room, perfect for a group of families to share and enjoy, close proximity (2 miles) to Heavenly, the Lake, and Cross-country trails in adjoining Bijou meadow recreation area. Ski all day and return home to a dip in the hot tub, grab a cocktail and cozy up with a blanket to the outdoor fire-pit, or play a game of outside darts or make snowmen in the large fenced-in backyard. Kitchen is a well stocked chef's kitchen with high end appliances, utensils, pots and pans, cocktail station, everything you need to create memorable meals.

Beds, linens and down comforters are all new, and each bedroom has it's own private TV. The Loft area is perfect for games, a second large screen TV is great for Xbox or playstation, plus if you must work (!) there is a built in desk and work station.

The location is the perfect mix of privacy, quiet neighborhood plus conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and winter activities right out your front door.

Bedroom #1: Cal King w/TV, room to add a baby crib or a roll away bed

Bedroom #3: Queen Bed and a twin bunkbed w/TV

Lots of closet storage space throughout so leave all your winter gear at the ski chalet and travel light back and forth.

Included in rental fee:
Snowplow service will clear driveway as needed
1x month Housekeeper visit, light cleaning of kitchen/bathrooms, replenish paper products
Hot Tub maintenance provided, any issues please call Owner
High Speed Internet service - Chromecast for TV's (renter creates own account)
Sonos Speakers (must have own Sonos Account)
