Sunset Vacation Rentals is fully staffed with a property manager, housekeeping staff and maintenance crew.

All guest receive 10% off Sunset Taxi services when picked up from a Sunset Vacation Rental property. Private tours are also available to visit local attractions and wineries.

Specifically for all Sunset Vacation Rentals guest street legal 6 seater golf carts are available for our guest to reserve and rent during their stay.

• Please clean up after your pet(s), both indoors and in the yard.
• Put any and all trash bags in the can outside.
• Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee and can result in immediate eviction. DOGS ONLY- maximum 2 dogs, unless previously authorized.
• Please note, this home is near Lake Erie, so you may encounter outdoor insects like spiders or mosquitoes. Refunds will not be issued due to area insects.

Clean and spacious in a great location!

Comfortably slept 20 of us with 5 bedrooms, each containing a queen bed. Was also nice to have 3 bathroom! Everything was very new and clean. Locate right next to triangle lounge. Short walk to east end and GOTL brewing. We will definitely stay here again!

GOTL THE VILLAIN BAND TRIP

This property was perfect for the band members and spouses. We loved relaxing by the fire pit and enjoying live entertainment on the strip. The band rocked Sporterz Saturday night. We had a great time.

Great place with 5 bedrooms!

Location is centrally located within walking distance to bars, restaurants and park. Rental is newly updated. 3 full bathrooms was a plus. Kitchen was well equipped. Utilized Sunset Taxi for winery tours which was wonderful since they picked us up at our front door.

Very cute place, i loved the outdoor area even though we didn't get to spend much time in it. The washer and dryer was, honestly a highlight of the place (i know, that sounds weird but i'm a mom, what can i say lol)...it was so convenient to have for an extended stay with kids in tow, and clothes washed and dried so quick which was a blessing being that we were always on the go trying to see a lot of family...the only thing that was a little inconvenient was that there was only one small couch for comfortable seating, with 12 people it got a little crowded, but again, we didn't spend too much time actually in the house so it was very minor. The proximity to parks and playgrounds and all the fun was so good for the kids (and therefore the adults too :), while still being in a quieter area of the Strip. Very clean and kempt, check in and out was seamless, I would absolutely recommend this place and stay here again if the opportunity arose. Thank you!

Great location, could use some curtains...

The property was exactly as pictured. The location is very close to the main strip as well as close to a nearby park that is on the lake. We had 5 adults and two teens which was perfect. Any more and it would have felt crowded. I think our biggest complaint was we would have loved some curtains. The blinds did not keep any light out and the home behind this property has spot lights on throughout the night....and then the sun comes up and you are wide awake. But that's about all!!

Perfect getaway

Hello. We want to thank you for your beautiful place where we stayed. Very convenient and very clean, and close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was fabulous but We also want to let you know that the sofa bed was dirty and moldy and broken. We put a sheet on it but could not get it off because the sofabed would not open back up once closed. My friend had to sleep on the couch the last night we were there. She was very careful with it as you asked but had a heck of a time with it. The frames all bent. You Definetely need a new one. We thank you though as the home was very nice and we would stay there again. It was perfect other than the sofa bed. We appreciate everything. We appreciate everything and left it clean.
