With high vaulted ceilings through out the home and 5 spacious bedrooms (3 bedrooms with two queen beds and 2 bedrooms each with a king bed) comfortably sleeps 16 (2 per bed). Four of the bedrooms are en-suites and the fifth bedroom with a half restroom right outside in common area. The gourmet kitchen with Decor appliances, beautiful center island, with ample seating through out will leave you in awe.
Home boast an incredible resort style back yard with a large custom pebble tech beach entry pool, waterfall, slide, walk up bar, BBQ island with Palapas, palm trees through out; this will truly make you feel like the great escape in your own private resort! Not to mention the large jacuzzi , propane fire-pit, extensive seating areas though out the home. Bring it back indoors to the game area for a game of ping pong, cornhole, foosball and more!

County ordinance; Occupancy limit at all times and Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am will be strictly enforced (absolutely no outdoor activities after 10pm) Guest must mindful of their noise levels at all times. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a citation, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.
~Pool/jacuzzi heating will incur an additional charge. Pool heating cost can range from $200 to $300 per day of heating (two day minimum) depending on outdoor temperature and desired water temperature. Pool this large, is not recommended or can guarantee pool will heat to a desirable swimming temperature during the colder months of November thru early February. Jacuzzi heating available year round for an additional fee of $20 to heat water to 102 degrees and $10 per hour to maintain temperature. We calculate cost by the amount of propane used to heat pool/spa. NOTE; jacuzzi does not have pressure jets

Loud celebrations, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. These guidelines are enforced in accordance with local regulations (Riverside County Ordinance 927.2). Any violations may result in the termination of your stay, forfeiture of your security deposit, and/or additional fees.
Noise & Quiet Hours We kindly ask all guests to be mindful of our neighbors and adhere to local noise regulations. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with outdoor noise kept to a minimum at all times. For compliance and community respect, the property is equipped with noise monitoring devices that measure decibel levels only (no audio is recorded). This is in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 847 for all vacation rental properties in the area. Excessive noise or violations of local ordinances may result in a $1,500 fee and possible early termination of your stay.
Pool & Spa Heating Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee and charged based on propane usage. Pool heating requires a deposit to initiate heating. The cost will vary depending on the weather and your desired temperature. Typically guests spend around $250 to get the water to the low-mid 80’s. To maintain that temperature, it usually costs between $125-175 per day. For spa heating, you will have full control, using a remote to turn on & off the spa. It typically costs around $20 to get the water temperature to 100 degrees, and $7-10/HR to maintain that temperature. Deposit is not required.
Pets We welcome small, hypoallergenic pets under 20 lbs. with prior approval. A $75 fee per pet applies. We kindly ask that pets are well cared for during your stay, and any additional cleaning or damages may incur extra charges.
Parking Parking is limited to a maximum of 8 vehicles, all of which must be parked on-site. Street parking and oversized vehicles are not permitted.
No Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Any evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee, along with any additional costs required to restore the property. Smoking outside is permitted in designated areas.

We had a family get together, and this property was perfect. The house is huge. Bedrooms are normal, but all gathering spaces are extra large and perfect for a larger group. The property manager communicated very well, and was attentive to our needs. The pool and yard areas are spectacular! The home is in a very quiet area. We liked that there were large eating areas in the kitchen, dining room, and outside. We would definitely stay again.

This house is better than the photos show. And the photos are pretty awesome. It’s quite large and was very comfortable for our group. The back yard does not disappoint. The resort style home was one of the most beautiful home that I've had the pleasure to stay and spend time with family. Home was clean, organized, and provided large space for activities.
Offered endless space for dining. The pool was crystal clear and the location was splendid, it offers privacy and a great views. Host communications was key and they provided. Thank you for hosting me and my family.

Had a great time with our family of 7 adults and 2 kiddos. To be transparent, totally booked this place for the awesome backyard and the bedroom to bathroom ratio. The interior decor is NOT my taste but we were rarely inside. Not far from all the wineries and just remote enough for us. Had a little issue with the A/C in part of the house so hopefully it will be rectified by the time another guest arrives. Wish there’s been more plastic selections of plates/bowls for outside, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. Weather was awesome and we prob will book again!

This property was even more amazing than I hoped it would be!
My family and I take one big group vacation a year. We try to rent a big enough property that we are able to spread out and have our own space, yet with a big enough common area to hang out in. This checked all the boxes and then some! I would highly recommend this property for whatever your plans are! The house itself is beyond spectacular and the landscaping and pool are next level. The area provides as much privacy as you want while also being within a short distance of shopping and restaurants. Again- you cannot go wrong in choosing this property! We are already planning a return trip!

Large ample space house, missing luxury
Overall the house has ample space and lots of room for peopleThe entertainment was spot on with games and amenities Missing a properly functioning oven, no large ice maker to support gathering over 4 pplShower mild warm, not hot When there was an issue with heater for spa, management was attentive but it was unable to be used for one of the nights

Peaceful getaway from traffic. Yet close to shopping and dining.
Beautiful open home with ample parking. Split quarters helped wife and keep kids on one side of the house while other family stayed on the other end. Plenty of activity areas inside and out of the house. Playroom with goose all, ping pong and more. Pool table with room to shoot and not hit a wall. We watched hawks and butterflies circle about the home. Shooting stars at night. And of course the pool offered room for our young ones in the shallow end while the big kids slide on the slide. The perfect getaway to work on the tan and catch up with family in peace.
